Boardwalk Beach resort is one of Panama City Beach's premier condos. Close to local attractions, restaurants, and golf courses, yet tucked away on a quiet stretch of South Thomas drive in an area of beach bungalows, it seems like a world away from the crowds and traffic of Front Beach Road. Set on an amazing 1700 ft of pristine beach front on the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, everything about the Boardwalk is high-end.

Our condo is very spacious at 1380 square feet, providing lots of room for you and your family and friends to spread out and enjoy (compare that to the typical 2 BR condos on the beach that are only 1000 - 1100 SF). The master bedroom is huge and luxurious with a king bed and is directly on the Gulf. The 2nd bedroom is also very large and provides a king bed as well. There is also a bonus private room with a queen bed.

The views from the 21st floor are amazing! Watch for dolphins, rays, sea turtles, manatees, and other sea life right from your very own private balcony. And of course there are incredible views of the sunset.

Of course your condo includes all of the high-end features you would expect, such as all brand-new flat-panel LED televisions, a large and full-featured kitchen with granite countertops, full dining room table that seats 6, nine-foot ceilings with crown molding, tile in foyer, kitchen, dining and bath areas, cultured marble tubs and showers, separate shower and garden tub in master bath, and plush and comfortable bedding with brand-new Simmons BeautyRest mattresses.

Rent from a local owner instead of a rental company. We are located only 2 miles away so in the unlikely event if you have any issues whatsoever we can take care of it quickly.

25 is the minimum age for renters.

Boardwalk Condominium Association has now banned smoking on all condo balconies. Smoking is allowed at designated areas on the ground and 1st floor only. There is absolutely no smoking allowed in our condo.

This is the perfect vacation rental on Panama City beach for adults! This is more of a relaxed adult and family atmosphere which is what we were looking for. The pool and hot tubs were great and we loved the fact that you don’t even have to leave the property since the tiki bar has excellent food and drinks. Can’t wait to come back!! The views from the 21st floor can’t be beat.

We loved staying at this condo! The condo is clean and comfortable stocked with everything we needed. The Resort property is clean and The pool area was so nice with easy access to the beach. If you like the high condos without the overcrowded watches and great employees stay here! Owner was fantastic to get ahold of and even had our room ready early so we got to hit the beach quicker. If ever you text, he would get back with you quickly. Even the kitchen had a good amount of dishes to choose from if you cook in condo.

This condo was great! Location perfect. It’s close enough to walk to some fun places, but the beach area is not overly crowded. Great layout, very clean, well stocked with essentials. Great view. The condo was very secure and condo staff was very nice. Owners very easy to communicate with.

A wonderful 3 bedroom condo perfect for a family of 5-6. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the balcony along with Fantastic views of the gulf. No beach overcrowding on this strip of sand off of Front Beach Rd and if golf is your thing, there’s a course right across the street.

The view is magnificent. I love the serenity that comes from viewing the ocean and listening to the ocean. A very nice condo. Loved having two king beds since our group was primarily adults. I would rent again from this owner. A+++

This condo was just as described. Beautifully decorated and well stocked with pretty much everything you need. The owners were quick to respond to any questions you may have. The resort itself was beautiful as well. Large pool, a tiki bar with excellent food and drinks as well as a convenient general store. The location is perfect (out of the hustle and bustle). The beach was not crowded. The only bummer was 2 days of double red flags which was uncontrollable. We will definitely be back.

This condo was on the 21st floor and had an amazing view of the ocean. It was very clean and spacious. It was the perfect size for our group of six (4 adults and 2 teens). The property owner was quick to respond. He texted with us prior to arrival and during the trip as needed. We could definitely return to this unit in the future.

Going to the beach is always fun, but staying in this particular condo was the icing on my cake it was clean, it had comfortable beds, the kitchen was wonderfully equipped. The washer broke, but John had a new one within an hour. I thank you very much for making my stay a memorable one. Can't wait to come back.

Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful property again. It is truly a beautiful place with all the amenities of home. I love coming down this time of year because there is no one at the beach. My husband was participating in the Ironman and it was great that there was a large soaking tub in the bathroom for after the race. The pools and hot tubs were also a plus.
