Great Area, 3 blocks to the Bay, just 7 miles to PCB. Lots of parking, Big yard!

  • "St Andrews" is a waterfront Community with a beautiful waterfront Park and Marina, and all the cool Mom and Pop Restaurants and shops just 1 mile away. Lots of great Music and Night life. Just 7 miles to the white sandy beaches of PC Beach!
    1000 sq ft Duplex, very clean, nothing fancy but super comfortable. New beds 2026, Full eat in kitchen. Bathroom has shower and tub with good quality linens, LOTs of Parking and Huge Yard.
    Still putting the finishing touches on this as she is new to the short-term rental program, be one of the first to stay! Weekly rentals discount to $700 per month all-inclusive with no cleaning fee!!! Monthly 1800 all inclusive!

Great place for the week…Just what we needed for the boys & coach for a week of baseball. Close to all the fields. Just needed a washer & dryer! Glad the boys had to “smell” each other & not me
