I purchased this unit in June ‘16 and have completely furnished it with all of your needs. It's located on the 21st fl of Emerald Beach Resort. This condo includes a bedroom with a queen size bed, twin bunk in the hallway, a queen sleeper sofa, and twin sleeper chair. There's a kitchen table as well as a breakfast bar to enjoy meals with your family and friends. The patio includes 2 chairs and a bench to take in all the views... sunset being my favorite. I've supplied all the dishes, towels, and any small appliances that one could possibly need so that once you check in, you can completely relax and enjoy your stay.

Wonderful stay

We stayed for fall break. The condo was very nice. Bigger than expected! However, the neighbors were smoking outside and it carried over to our condo making it difficult to sit outside and enjoy the view.

Amazing views

Condo was the perfect size for us! And in a great location! It has a Starbucks in the building and several stores and restaurants within walking distance! Owner communicates promptly! The sun rose outside our bedroom window and set outside our balcony!! Def will be coming back to this spot !!

Great location!

Staying at this resort with several amenities available to us and several places to walk to was very convenient. I also appreciated the condo being stocked with a beach wagon and tent for the beach. The only things I was not keen on was the shower rod/curtain not staying up, the bath tub not draining quickly and the dishwasher smelling terrible when opened. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Spectacular Condo!

My family and I booked a very last minute trip to PCB, and I am so glad we chose this unit. You couldn’t beat the view from the balcony! The condo was beautifully decorated, and so bright and airy. All of the mattresses were extremely comfortable as well! We also loved how we were within walking distance of many restaurants, so it’s an added bonus to not drive everywhere.

The condo was exactly as described as online. It has everything that you would possibly need and it’s in a perfect location. The view of the ocean was simply amazing and watching the sunsets was even better. Jessica was the perfect host and quick to respond with any questions. Birthday Getaway

This is 3rd or 4th time we've stayed at Emerald Beach. This unit didn’t disappoint: the bed was super comfy, it had the basic necessities in the kitchen, and was tastefully decorated. I liked that the living room wasn't overly stuffed with furniture so it felt much more roomy. Wasn't sure how I'd like the 21st floor but it was quiet and close to the elevator but far enough from it you dont hear a bunch of noise. The owner was super responsive and checking in and out was a breeze. I'd recommend this unit for your getaway!

Nice resort, comfortable unit.

We normally stay in houses but decided to stay in a condo this time due to a shorter stay & resort amenities. This resort is massive and spread out but we really loved all it had to offer, and staff does an amazing job of keeping everything clean & tidy. The location is great, if you don’t want to get back in your car there is plenty to walk to. The condo itself is cute & comfortable and the owner was very responsive. Laundry detergent & dishwasher detergent were provided to get us started, which was much appreciated. The beach wagon was also awesome!! The only downfalls for me were #1. The reason we booked this condo was that it said beach chair/umbrella set up was included but when I went down the 1st day to get one I was informed they were already all reserved but they could set one up in back (like anyone wants to set that far away from the water) so that was kind of pointless. It was kind of obvious they kept all the front row chairs for paying customers. Luckily the unit had 2 beach chairs we were able to use!! #2. This is NOT the owners fault, but the renters under us smoked pot constantly throughout our entire stay so anytime we tried to open the patio doors or sit outside smoke rose up and filled the condo. I guess that’s just the con of condo vs. house with no neighbors!! So all in all if you like the big resort feel or have a couple of teenagers that like to run around this place would be perfect for you!!

Everything was amazing! The view was spectacular! I loved sitting on the deck especially in the morning to watch ocean and hear the waves. The beds were comfy! The kitchen was wonderful. Loved playing card games on the kitchen table. Restaurants around there were great and in walking distance. Loved walking to Pier Park! We realized too late that the chairs and umbrella were part of the condo but enjoyed it the last day. There are beach chairs and umbrellas in the room. This is a great place for a small family or a girls trip!

The location was great, communication with owner was great, pools and beach well kept. The condo was clean enough, just needs a good deep cleaning and could use more wash clothes and towels. We had 4 wash clothes and no dish towels at all. I relayed this info to the owner and I am sure that it will be taken care of. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Condo!

We had such a great week in this condo! The photos in the listing are super accurate and the view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. The condo was clean and had everything we needed (utensils, pots/pans, Keurig, etc.) The included beach chair service for the week was also a great bonus, it was so nice not to have to drag our own chairs and umbrella down to the beach every day! Overall, highly recommend staying here!
