Next, either work out at the state-of-the-art fitness center or skip it and head straight for one of 5 pools. There is a pool here that will satisfy any age group. Hungry? As lunch approaches, why not try out the Riptide Bar & Grill that is available all year round.

Need groceries but don’t want to drive? Just visit the store across the street and grab an ice cream cone while you are at it. There is even an Alvin’s Island where you can purchase lotions, sand toys, bathing suits and towels.

Great vacation condo!!!!

The location of this condo is so good!! It was just the right size for my family of eight. It has a great view of the ocean and the beach. Very short walk to the beach. Great place to stay with kids. Can’t wait to stay here again!

We have stayed at Splash many times. This is honestly the first condo that was as advertised. We will definitely be booking again. Overall, a great experience from booking until checkout.

Very pleased with the our stay!

The house was very clean and had everything you needed. The condo was just enough out of town where it wasn’t loud or busy but close enough to make a quick drive to eat or shop. Property manager was friendly and super quick to respond. Enjoyed our stay so much that we might come back next year!

Family Beach Trip!

We’ve been taking a family beach trip to Splash for a few years now but we’ve always stayed with other family, this year we decided to stay on our own. It was great. The condo was clean, very well kept and had everything we needed for the long weekend. Thank you for allowing us your condo, we would love to visit again.

Excellent Family Vacation

The condo was modern and had nice upgrades in comparison to the ones our family members stayed in. The property owners answered promptly when I reached out about early check in. The check out process was supper simple. We really enjoyed all the amenities on the property as well. We will def be back.

Exactly as pictured & described

Everything was perfect! We've been at splash before and love the double bunk in the 2nd bedroom of this condo. Love the warm water pool for our kiddos! One thing about the building in general is that you have to ask where "your" chairs are from the staff working the beach since there's designated spots by condo. Will stay again!

Great getaway

Located on the west side of Panama City away from most of the crowds but still close enough to enjoy Pier Park and area attractions. Unit was as described. Feather pillows on the couch stirred up allergies for me. Kitchen was accommodating, my only recommendation was to have a can opener and maybe a 9x13 baking dish, otherwise it has everything you need. We enjoyed our stay here.

Good stay

Pros: biggest pro was the lazy pool and waterpark for the kids. We’ve stayed at multiple different condos at PCB but I would say this is our favorite by far. Shores of Panama is fun but the elevators are so slow and we didn’t have that problem here. Condo was nice and clean. Con: the master bed is not comfortable and a few updates around the condo would make the stay even better, but I would stay here again whereas I haven’t at other condos.

Everything was perfect!

We had a wonderful trip. I love this condo-from the view to the washer/dryer. The set up is perfect. Plenty of room, kitchen had everything you could need, tons of towels, hot water, literally everything was amazing. Elevators got bogged down, maybe twice.. but the majority of the time, we went straight up to the condo without any wait at all. Thank you so much and we look forward to our next vacation!

This unit had everything we were looking for. Large balcony, ocean view from the master bedroom, modern appliances, washer and dryer, and located on the west end. A minor glitch in the keypad entry was resolved promptly by the Alexa’s. Overall excellent value. Checkin can be challenging, they don’t seem to have regularly set hours working the registration desk. I hope to stay here again.

Wonderful wonderful wonderful!

I cannot say enough good things about this condo and Mrs. Judy. The condo was so clean and so spacious (I have never seen a rental have that large of a master suite!). The beds were comfortable. There is even an empty cabinet for use of guest food, which was so helpful to keep our counters empty. The Splash Resort was PERFECT for our 4-year-old and our 8-month-old was even able to splash around in the shallow parts. We loved everything about this vacation, and are so pleased with this find. Mrs. Judy always responded to me so quickly too. Wonderful experience and highly recommend.

Exactly what we wanted!

Our unit had everything we needed and the sunsets were absolutely breathtaking from our spacious porch. The included beach chairs were nice and helped with keeping the load lighter for travel. I was concerned about the elevators before the trip because of some of the building reviews, but we never waited long at all. I didn't expect to use the Wii much, but my husband and 5-year old loved it! The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable, the AC worked great (always a concern for a beach place). The parking deck across the street is joined by a bridge and there were plenty luggage carts. The pools were great, the kids loved the water park (although very cold), and the food at the poolside grille was good pool food. The owners of this unit were very quick to respond throughout our stay. 5 stars!

Splash Resort

Great location an elevator ride to beach and pools. Location has good access to attractions and shopping. The balconies accessing room are open windy and cold. This unit is in good shape. Kitchen is adequately equipped. ( corkscrew, cutting board, placemats, and Tupperware or equivalent would be helpful). Building itself is showing its age. One pool below East bldg is heated ( might add that to welcome info.) Wii will not read discs. Might want to remove it from listing or replace with a different unit. Owners are responsive.

Great Condo for Families

My family and I have been going down to the Gulf almost every year since 2017 and this rental is easily the best value. The location is within 15 minutes of most things we wanted to do in PCB, including a couple restaurants within walking distance. We made use of the pools, splash area, hot tub, and the beach chairs at the resort. The unit itself was clean, nicely decorated and had standard kitchenware for a rental. The deep soaking tub in the master bath was a nice perk. The only issue we had was an overzealous parking attendant who tried to ticket us on the last day. We accidentally hung our parking pass backwards, so he wasn't used to the format. He didn't see the check-in and check-out dates. When we pointed it out, he admitted he needed to go back and check the other people he ticketed that morning.

This was our first time renting at this place and the seven days of renting was perfect for our family. We have 5 children ages 7 to 3 months and the clean beach and pools and hot tub were perfect. We will rent this place next time. The free internet was fast and allowed me to do some remote working. The parking garage is huge and could handle our large high-top van. The elevators worked perfectly. The only complaint that I have, is that I wish that this place was mine.

4th of July vacation

Room was very nice! It was quiet- didnt hear noise from other renters. The only complaint was elevator access. Everyday was a struggle with backed up elevators! It was ridiculous and very frustrating.
