Unit # 410 is located on the third (top) floor facing Thomas Drive. The condo is on the beach side of Thomas Drive, with beach access through the property (no road to cross). The unit sleeps 6 with a king bed in the master, queen bed in the upstairs loft, and a hide-a-bed couch in the living room area. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and small appliances. Unit has a front loading washer/dryer stack unit in the bedroom. Bedroom opens to a spacious deck overlooking the landscaped pool area. The property address is 6829 Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach, FL 32408. Must be 26 years of age to rent.

We had everything that we needed! The place was beautiful and clean. I love the upstairs loft. It is like a separate bedroom. However, I would not plan on using the loft if you have any knee issues. The location was perfect!

Perfect place for my son and I attending a baseball tournament at the Publix Compkex. Great location, exceptionally clean and met all our needs perfectly!!! Highly recommend!

Absolutely lovely condo. Had everything we could need and such a short and safe walk to the beach. Very clean and great location. We happened to come Memorial Day weekend (I didn’t realize it would be Memorial Day when I initially booked for my son’s senior trip) but it was still so nice and quiet. 10/10

Great experience

This was the perfect size condo and not a far walk to the beach! It was cleaned and stocked, ready to go along with pool access. We had no issues during our stay and the property owner was responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay

The property was well kept, kitchen stocked with all the items you need to prepare meals if you're trying to not eat out everyday. The loft made a great space for my 16 year old. We were very happy with our stay and the short walk to the beach as well as the convenient location to just about anywhere we wanted to go. Kathy was quick to answer when I had an issue getting in right away(my own fault). Very small to do list before leaving. Best experience I've had with a vacation rental. Thank you!

Quiet get away

It was 3 adults, we all 3 graduated together in 1973. One married couple and 1 sgl adult. The pool was beautiful with great landscaping. The stroll to the beach was fine. We were on the 3rd floor which was a slight challenge for one member of our party. The balcony was a good size and view of the pool. The condo clean & homey I slept in the loft and the mattress was very comfortable. The couple said the master bedroom mattress was one of the best they ever experienced away from home we ate at Uncle Earnies, Hunts seafood, J Michaels, Triple J Steak/Seafood, 2 different ice cream shops leaving town we ate breakfast on Thomas Drive, I believe it was Flour power all restaurants were excellent. I would return to Sunswept again it was close to everything we needed. Thanks A.Mixon
