Casco Viejo, a picturesque UNESCO World Heritage Site, is recognized for its vibrant, colonial buildings and soulful streets.

Bright, brand-new apartment offering generous living spaces. The expansive living room with open-plan kitchen flows onto a large balcony. A guest bathroom completes the main area.
Spacious ensuite bedroom with closet, private bathroom, balcony access.
Ideally located on the first floor of a newly remodeled two-story building in the heart of this historical neighborhood.

This apartment is significantly more spacious than most one-bedroom rentals. It features a full-sized kitchen with a large dining table that comfortably seats six guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare real home-cooked meals, including oven-safe dishes and all essential cookware. Warm, ambient lighting adds a cozy touch that makes you feel right at home.

Just one street away, you’ll find a convenient supermarket open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., along with several grab-and-go coffee shops perfect for breakfast or lunch—all within a 2-minute walk.

The lively nightlife scene, with bars and restaurants, is also just a short 2-minute stroll away.
