Important information:

Owner of the condo is no longer responsible for collection of parking cost. Once confirmed booking with us, we will send a link to pay for parking permit which is $40 with convivence fee per stay so estimated around 42-43 dollars. In January- condo will be blocked for three weeks for annual update and cleaning. Come back and look for new pictures of the condo.

Our condo has free beach service from Go Beachin company from March 1 to end of oct 2026 which is $65 per day saving and you will get your own reserved parking. This combo is very rare in majestic resort. We are trying to make it an easy vacation for your family and there is no need to haul beach chairs or circling around to find a parking space. Your family will have so much fun at the beach.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

We had a great time clean room it was perfect except the shower in the master bedroom needs a shower rod and a curtain that half glass of a door doesn’t keep the floor from getting wet it gets soaked so to keep from ruining the floor I would definitely put one up thank you for making my vacation amazing

Great vacation at a great condo

Great location and very convenient. We loved the reserved parking spot and being on the 3rd floor made it easy to access the beach and garage. Having reserved beach chairs was amazing. We definitely would stay here again.

We stayed here for a week in November 2025. We really liked being on the 3rd floor because it’s close to the beach and you can hear the waves very well. Best of all we never got on an elevator. We saw dolphins almost every morning while drinking our coffee on the balcony. The place is very clean, and the bed was comfortable. I was a little concerned about the bed being on the back close to the road, but we never heard anything. In fact, one morning we slept much later than we meant to. One big bonus is having our own reserved parking space right on the 3rd floor. I imagine that would be a big deal in the summer. Sally was very prompt in answering any questions I had and is a very nice host. We will defiantly be back, and this is probably our new go to for PCB.

Girls Trip

My friend and I stayed her for a girls trip. It was our first trip without our kids or husbands in ages. The host was always very responsive, everything was as pictured and cleanly. Very nice unit. Clean and well-furnished. The free beach chair/umbrella rentals and easy access to reserved parking were great pluses! Our only disappointment was that the bedroom was not facing the water -- it was facing the hallway area. Owner was very accessible and helpful explaining the various access procedures.

Amazing Condo

This property was perfect. We loved the space and views of the beach. The master bedroom slept so comfortable. The bathroon was nice and clean and the decorations were a plus..
