Free boat ride with every 5 day stay! (weather permitting!) Experience Panama City like a local in this 1-bedroom house LOCATED IN THE VERY COOL WATERFRONT COMMUNITY OF ST ANDREWS. The bathroom has nice size shower and lots on new linens. Nestled in a neighborhood of Mom and Pop shops, waterfront parks, Marinas, bars and the best restaurants in the area. St Andrews offers a quaint escape from the hustle and bustle of PCB. Very private DUPLEX WITH FRONT AND BACK SEPERATE ENTRY AND SEPERATE YARDS. Private front porch with grill and your own exterior seating, FULL KITCHEN with small dining table and big couch, park10' from your door! Pet welcome with $75 Pet Cleaning Fee. THIS IS NOT A RESORT, it is super clean and safe :) My Moma would say it is a "working mans neighborhood" We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

Perfect property for a fisherman stay. If youre a bigger person, the shower is quite small and claustrophobic. All the basics are there
