The interior of this 2nd floor unit has just been freshly painted and decorated by new owners. One of the main features is having 2 living areas: one with its oval shape that offers a balcony with a beautiful view of South and North Barrett square, and one with a 47'' flat screen TV that can accommodate 8 people. A functional built-in bench, dining area meets this sitting area for those that want to have quiet time or 'encourage' the chef. The kitchen is equipped with Viking appliances for the chef in the family... or to heat up those left overs or take outs from the many wonderful restaurants in Rosemary!
The Master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, balcony and roomy slate tiled bath with double vanity, shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, flat screen TV, private balcony and shares a slate tiled bath with shower with the hall bunk.

Condo has very off layout , bed to the right of entrance door, floor was tore up around fridge

Poor layout of the property, pictures are a little decision as there is a bed right at the entrance way to the condo, bunks are in a hallway right outside second full bath. Flooring was tore up around fridge, dryer kept stopping so took hours to dry clothes and had to call HVAC maintenance due to lack of air flow into 2nd small bedroom.

Excellent single level unit for young kids

My husband and I took our families including a toddler to Rosemary for Thanksgiving week. This home was perfect for our needs, and extremely comfortable for a crowd! Great selection of books, movies, games as well. And sooo close to shops, food, and beach! Only negative was that we had to ask 2 times for washcloths from rental company which never arrived, however the cleaning ladies were able to track down a few for us midweek when they came by. Not a huge deal though. Overall a wonderful place to watch the holiday festivites on the square! We will most certainly be staying here again!!!
