Beach Front Newly Renovated Luxury Condo @ Shores of Panama

A beautiful upscale condo has it all - a spectacular Gulf front and a pool view from the 14th floor!
It was entirely luxury-renovated for true relaxation and enjoyment.
The living room offers a 75" smart TV connected with the kitchen by an oversized island that comfortably sits 8 people, as well as an extendable dining table, that will also accommodate 8 people, so desirable for family reunions, and holidays celebrations.
An enlarged kitchen has lots of space to cook and store food, brand new stainless steel appliances, brand new high-efficiency washer/dryer, upscale-renovated showers, vanities, countertops, faucets, etc.
The master bedroom offers a beautiful solid wood king suite with two nightstands and a chest. For people who need to work, there is a 48" office desk and an office chair comfortably located in a corner.
The secondary bedroom offers a solid wood queen bed with two nightstands and a dresser, with the Gulf view and dedicated bathroom.
The 3rd bedroom offers a custom-built twin bunk bed that can accommodate not only kids but also two adults.
The living room itself offers a full-size sofa sleeper with an upgraded comfortable mattress that accommodates two people, as well as the sofa itself, can be used as a couch.
Both bedrooms offer 55" brand new smart TVs for instant enjoyment of your favorite Netflix or Amazon Prime videos and live TVs.
The resort/property fee of $90 per stay (already paid by the guest) covers the 8 wristbands and two parking passes. Hence the 9th guest (the maximum capacity) can be a child only. Kids under age of 10 do not need to wear a wristband. The guest package will be conveniently located at the condo itself, so the guest may proceed directly to the room for the self-check-in without a need to stop by the front desk.

This condo is very cleans and spacious. Excellent response by provider. The Shores of Panama resort is in a great location with in walking distance of things. This particular room was perfect for two families (5 kids between the families)

Great Time With Family

This was a great place to stay Peak season brings issues for all places, but the host communicated tips and helped with everything. Updated kitchen was very welcome, and nice bedrooms and bathrooms.

Loved the stay. Nice comfortable beds. People never think about the beds. But when your at the beach all day and drained, you want a super comfortable bed and cold rooms. Would stay here again.

Fall Break

This was our first time at this property and it was amazing. The owner responded to any requests and questions almost immediately. The condo was clean and cozy. The beds were perfect. Having three rooms and three showers was perfect for a bunch of girls! We will definitely be back! The elevators were easy and had very little wait time.

Excellent condo and host

This beautiful , spacious condo provided everything we needed for a wonderful get away for my teen grandsons birthday. Location is very convenient, reserved parking and beautiful views of the beach and pool. And Boris, the host, is outstanding. We left a small item in the condo and Boris was kind enough to send it to us. We’ll definitely be reserving this condo again when we visit next year.

Amazing stay

Staying at the Shores of Panama in this suite was a great experience. Very clean, lots of room, great views and plenty to do. Our stay was during “offseason” so some of the main attractions were closed. But we got the relaxing time away from home and our feet in the sand we were expecting. Recommend anyone looking to stay in Panama City Beach strongly consider staying here!

The most perfect condo

Words cannot express how beautiful this condo is. I’ve stayed at VRBO’s all over the world and this is the cleanest place we’ve experienced. Communication with Boris was seamless and quick. He even gave us some tips and tricks to make sure we had a wonderful time. Thank you, Boris, for a perfect vacation!

Beautiful time!!!

We loved staying at this place. This is our second time at the shores of panama and will definitely be back! I would highly recommend this condo it was the perfect size for our family of 7. A common complaint is the elevators but that has NOTHING to do with the condo and the owner gave great pointers to reduce wait times, which came in use alot. The whole place was very clean we only gave a 4 star for cleanliness because some of the blankets have a few stains on them. I loved watching the sun sets from the porch.

Carefree Luxury

The home was immaculate. Every corner of the home was clean, modern, even down to the decorating details. We felt like royalty. The kitchen was stocked fully with supplies to accommodate large meals, leftovers, and everything in between. This place was better than described or pictured. We saw reviews about elevator stress or not enough towels or bedding but we had ample towels for 7 people (4 kids) and bedding for extra blankets or changes for accidentals. It was amazing to be able to sit somewhere different each meal because there was so much space and seating options. We accidentally left our son’s backpack behind…it was found in the parking lot by security! Boris went above and beyond to locate it out of the home, contact security, and have it shipped to us. This place was more than we could have asked for.

The unit was amazing. Boris was on top of everything. Very easy to work with to resolve the very few issues we had. Actually the issues we had was out of Boris’s control… but he fixed them for us. He also gave us tips on avoiding elevator lines, getting pool chairs among other things. One issue that we had was parking. The garage is very tight! I’m very particular how close people park next to me. So I didn’t use the reserved space assigned to the unit. I let my guest park there because their car was smaller than mine (RAV4). I parked on the 12th floor in a guest space because they were larger spaces. If you drive an oversized vehicle, you may want to consider doing this too or driving a different vehicle. The garage clearance is only 6’11”. Therefore, our Trail Boss truck wouldn’t fit. My sister, who stayed in a different unit drives an Expedition. Her son drove and when they parked in their assigned space, he couldn’t open the door to get out because of the concrete column. He had to crawl over the console and get out on the passenger side. Also, please know that when you park in the garage you will need the parking pass (provided by Boris) AS WELL AS the pass issued by the garage staff in your dash AT ALL TIMES or you may get towed and/or fined. The unit did provide bath towels/bath cloths, which is a plus. However, there was only two per bathroom. So if you are like me and won’t reuse them twice, bring some extras to prevent daily washing. Enjoy!!

Beautiful, with great views of the beach and pool oasis

Gorgeous unit with great amenities. We had everything we needed. Great space for a family with 3 adults, 1 teen, 2 kids, and a baby. We played on the beach all day and cooled off in the pool under the palms in the afternoons.

The condo was very clean & had everything we needed. Boris our host was very responsive with any questions we had & gave several recommendations for our stay. The parking garage is tight & I would recommend a mid size sedan as it is easier to park. The elevators did require a wait during peak times. We were informed ahead of time prior to arrival so this set our expectations. I would recommend this unit. We were very comfortable for a family of four.
