our overall stay was great, rooms were pleasant and very clean. The city view from the living room and master bedroom were a 10/10. our entire stay at the bnb was lovely. I would say the only inconvenience was NOT being notified that the pool was under renovations at the giving time along with slight difficulties of accessing the room with the keycard .

The property was as expected, the room was clean, loved the view, there is a few shops and cafes nearby so that was a plus and the staff were very helpful, the only issues we really had were the door lock was hard to open with the electronic key reader and the interior knob was detachable

The apartment itself is beautiful. The only issue is that I don't think your cleaning persons are doing a good job. The apartment felt dirty the kitchen counter and cupboard was sticky. The bed and sheets felt dirty as though it wasn't wash in days. Overall the views and location is excellent . Please work on the cleaning.

I was visiting Panama and brought my 2 nieces, the apartment was perfect, we had an amazing time. Check-in was very smooth and effortless, the apartment was very clean and any concerns or questions were immediately addressed by my host. I highly recommend and hope to find a similar accommodation for my trip to Cartegna, Colombia in September.

Here is a polished overall review of your stay at the boutique apartment in Coco del Mar, Panama. You can copy, paste, or tweak it as needed: Rating: 3/5 Stars I had a mixed experience staying at this boutique apartment in Coco del Mar, Panama. The Good: Comfortable Stay: I slept very well during my visit—the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Great Views: The unit offers a lovely dual view looking out over both the ocean and the city skyline. Areas for Improvement: Cleanliness Issues: The floors inside the apartment were quite dirty. Walking barefoot or in socks left the bottoms of my feet black and filthy. In addition, the complex hallways had a unpleasant odor; I strongly recommend management thoroughly mop and sanitize the floors and maintain hallway air freshness between guest check-ins. Poor Communication & Deposit Stress: Communication from management was extremely poor. I ran into an issue with my Visa card and had a very difficult time reaching anyone for assistance. The night before my arrival, I was completely stressed out trying to get clear details about my security deposit due to the lack of response. Final Verdict: The apartment itself has great potential with its comfortable bedding and beautiful views, but the management urgently needs to improve guest communication and overall cleanliness to make the experience worthwhile.

Beautiful view overlooking the city. Rooms were spacious and nice with a lot of closet space. Bring your own bath towels and sheets, because what we had were dingy and stained.
