Beautiful Updated Edgewater Villa

This is a Beautiful Completely Remodeled 1 bedroom 1 Bath Villa in the Popular Edgwater Villas. All New Flooring and an amazing Kitchen with upgraded Stainless Steel appliances and Beautiful Custom Cabinets and Granite! The Villa has a New 55 inch UHD T.V. with Cable with Netflix and Hulu . Internet is also included!
The Villa is a 1 minute walk to swimming pool, 3 minute walk to the resorts private beach and Panhandles largest lagoon pool via the resorts walkway bridge. Resort is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shops, many directly across the street from the resort entrance. Distance to Wal-Mart Super Store is 1.3 miles, Publix Super market is 1.0 miles.
Your patio looks out over the gorgeous golf course with a lake and waterfall, where you can enjoy stunning sunsets, sunrises or watch a great golf game.
At Panama City Beach FL, there is a huge lagoon pool with waterfalls and islands, 110 acres of private Panama City Beach, 11 pools, 4 Jacuzzi's, one shuffleboard court ,parasailing, jet skiing, weightlifting, beach yoga or a soothing body wrap, 11 tennis courts, 36 golf holes and endless Florida Gulf sunsets., as well as 24 hour security with gated access.

Edgewater Has a Strict Regulation on Age Requirement it is 25 years old.

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Needs alitte pick me up!

Overall it was an okay visit, would I return to this unit...No . Kitchen was lacking as a functional kitchen to cook meals. Some of the utensils needed replacing badly! And I had to buy a few cooking pans in order to make meals in the oven. You hear a lot of noise from the upstairs unit. And unfortunately other condo owners in this resort like to rent to Students ! Other than that it was nice to have break!
