Perfect and Quiet!

This place was as perfect for our little family as it gets! Nice and Quiet area and not a crowded beach! Great with Waffle House and Jesse’s cute diner across the road! But still perfect driving to all the big places you want to go quickly!

Kinda gone downhill a bit since we last stayed here .Not very clean , windows and stove top in kitchen pretty dirty, hair in bathroom floor, both shower curtains had mold on them , porch railing and fence needs repaired, no front or upper patio furniture i had to go buy a couple chairs so we could set on tbe deck there was a couple there but didn't look safe to set in. House is nice and location is great just needs some attention!

Clean, safe and beautiful!

This was my third year and I already paid for next year! Everything is in the house and is super clean! Larry is so easy to work with and gets back to you right away. Love this place.

Overall impression was amazing. I had read reviews prior to staying, and I was lucky enough to be able to snag this in the nick of time! So well stocked (which is not usually the case with the beach rentals), super clean and cozy environment. You can tell the owners put a lot of time and effort into making it a home away from home and we were so grateful. Thank you Larry for being so quick to respond and pleasant to work with. Hopefully won’t be our last visit!

Great vacation rental!

This property was just great for our family of three. Close proximity to the beach and St. Andrew’s. The only gripe I have is that I was unaware this was a split unit with an upstairs and downstairs. The description did not make that clear or I would have not rented this property as I had a younger child that I was worried was making too much noise for the downstairs unit.

Well Outfitted!

The outside doesn't tell the story! Once inside, this property is clean, roomy, comfortable, and one of the best equipped places that I have stayed. The only upgrade I might suggest would be new/upgraded deck furniture. Close enough to the beach for a short walk and on a dead-end street which cut down on traffic.

Granny’s gone wild!

For our annual birthday trip, my mother and I chose Florida this year, not considering it was spring break. The property is a two story condo and the rental is for the upper level that does require stairs to access. I thought that I was renting an entire house, so this was a bit of a surprise for my mothers hip, but we never knew the other tenant was in residence. There is a need for an update on the outdoor furniture to be able to enjoy the multiple decks that are available. The property is located a short little walk from a beach access and the beach is amazing! So very beautiful! Larry was an amazing host, very responsive and made our stay special!

The owner was awesome

We spoke to the owner 2 days before, and asked him if we could check in early. He had no problem. We also let him know the day before that we had respite for our 2 foster kids and it fell through and was it OK last minute to bring two more kids . again He had no problem. When we got there, I was a little surprised because a lot of places I’ve gone to Aren’t stocked with toilet paper or stocked with paper towels and it was completely stocked there. I love the fact that I did not have to get in my car to drive to the beach and get sand in it. We walked a little boardwalk area with her wagon and got right on the beach and it was perfect. It was a quiet area and would definitely stay again. .

Property was very nice and comfortable. We loved all of the decks for sitting outside in the evenings. The beach was only a few steps away with a private beach access walkway. We enjoyed the layout of the property, the close proximity to the parking space, the really cold air conditioning, and the general excellent condition of the entire place. Kitchen, bathrooms, comfortable beds, everything was very nice. Owner was accessible and responded right away. We will definitely stay there again.
