If you are looking for a luxury beachfront condo look no further. This beautifully remodeled two bedroom two bath condo is spectacular! No expense has been spared to ensure the complete satisfaction of every guest. Everything is fresh and new including the kitchen cabinets with quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, lighting and artwork, furniture and linens, and the patio sets. The total living area in the condo has a wonderful view of the white sand beaches as does the master bedroom with the king size bed and flat screen smart TV. The second bedroom has two full beds with a window and flat screen smart TV. This combination allows the condo to sleep 8 comfortably. The balcony is centered on the two pool complex at Regency Towers and showcases amazing views of the surf and sunsets as far as the eye can see to the East and West.
The Tiki Bar that is located between the two pools provides wonderful snacks and specialty cocktails around the pool complex all day. It really just does not get better than this! Enjoy swimming, sunbathing and relaxing as the crystal clear emerald green water laps at your feet. The amenities at Regency Towers are abundant ! When and if you tire of the beautiful beach spend some time at either of the two large pools and also enjoy the indoor jetted hot tub. The billiard room is a favorite family activity and for the exercise enthusiast the state of art workout room is available. You will have the opportunity to enjoy amenities such as the tennis and shuffleboard courts, two large pools (one heated), hot tub, kiddie pool, billiard room (with pool table, darts, and card table). The pool area also sports the amazing Tiki Bar- BIKINI BOB'S with a full menu of cocktails, beer, wine, and food at great prices. To top off the experience, the Tiki Bar provides music throughout the day. Regency Towers provides a large grassy park area to play Frisbee, soccer, throw a ball, etc. There are grills and beach front bench swings, perfect for grilling out and enjoying the brilliant sun sets as well. There are nightly events scheduled during the summer such as movie night on the East lawn at dusk, Water slides at the pool on Wednesdays, Karaoke on the pool deck, and especially fun is the beach bon fire on Friday nights. When you are ready to come off the beach for a while, a variety of amusement parks and entertainment centers are ready to provide a day of family fun. The Marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter deep sea fishing trips, Sunset Cruise, Dolphin Watching, Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Panama City has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or Not. St. Andrews State Park is located on the Gulf and is a perfect day trip about five minutes away by car. There are several entertainment establishments that feature Go Carts, Bumper Boats, Arcades, and Miniature Golf.
