  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

The location & space were great. The living room furniture was very sparse & the master bedroom needs additional lighting. We know the Edgewater property well having been an owner for 15 years and had a great time.

Great spot

We had a great time staying at this resort. The room had a fantastic view, the pool was great, easy access ro the vlbeaxh and great restaurant on site. Highly recommend.

Great location and view.

No issues, great location and property. Only downside was Gulf was closed most of week due to rip tide risk. Outdoor pool is large and beautiful but not heated so just be aware if going during colder times. First week of April was still chilly.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice for the most part. Couches weren't very comfortable and not much seating in the livingroom for 6 people. Nice view, nice area, enjoyed Edgewater Resort. Melissa was very nice and easy to contact when we needed anything.

Me and my 3 teenagers were visiting PCB for a baseball tournament. This place was perfect! Great location. Great host. Great view. We had a wonderful long weekend and were very comfortable. Absolutely would stay here again!

Nice, clean, condo! We love Edgewater. We stay here several times a year. This condo also has a great view. The furniture could be arranged a little differently in the living room. One side is full of furniture, and the other side is empty. It would also be nice to have 4 dining chairs instead of 2 nice chairs and then some cheap folding chairs. But definitely not a deal breaker for us. Everything else was nice! I will definitely stay here again.

It’s good until it isn’t

The location is awesome and the view is amazing. The property is as pictured. The property itself gets 5 stars. There was a leak in the ceiling for 5 out of 8 days we were there. The leak was reported, pictures sent and nothing was done to alleviate the issue. We couldn’t close the door on the 2nd bedroom unless we moved our cooler that was being used to catch the leaking water. We also had a realtor come by to show the property to prospective buyers. She was told multiple times that we didn’t want her showing the property while we were there and entered the property anyway. I found this to be intrusive, unprofessional and an invasion of privacy. This was also reported and yet again nothing was done.

Amazing Location!

The condo was in such an amazing location. We were seconds from the beach and the pool was ginormous! We really enjoyed the community as well. It was clean and a pretty decent size for our group. We will definitely keep this condo in our back pocket for our next trip!

Beautiful beachfront resort, well-tended. Lovely and comfortable room. Check-in instructions were unclear - didn't know where to take trash, the gate code, or that wristbands were required on the property. Property manager not responsive.Overall though, great vacation on a great property in a great condo.

Awesome stay!

No complaints about this condo! It was very clean. The host was easy to work with and contact. Everything worked great as stated. I would definitely stay again!! The resort is wonderful too! Beachfront with awesome pool & spa and restaurant and poolside tiki bar. Loved it!

Spring break

We stayed during spring break. The property is secure and gives you a comfortable feeling walking around at night. The pools and beach were awesome . Lots of activities for familys near the resort. Our host was great and answered all my questions. Great property for familys with an awesome view
