Calypso Resort & Towers unit 2308E is a direct Beach and Gulf front Vacation Rental. This VRBO/HomeAway Premier Partner Hosted Condo includes a Reserved Parking Spot in the Private Garage directly under the Tower and of course a Beach Lounger Set-Up from Beach Services.

We are constantly updating and upgrading to keep the Penthouse at PCB a premium unit that stands out in the crowd. For 2024 we added new Cambria quartz countertops in the kitchen, bar and bathrooms, new accent tile and new bright new lighting. New for 2023 was new King Size beds in both main bedrooms, new Master furniture and New Smart TVs throughout the Condo.

To make our guest experience even better, we purchased an oversized, private parking space for you to enjoy. This new perk is an assigned, beachside parking spot under the tower so no more trekking across the sky bridge to the 8 story parking deck!!!

The Following House Rules are Strictly Enforced:
NO Parties or Events.
NO Smoking or Vaping in the Unit or Balcony.
Calypso Resort is now a smoke free property.
NO Pets.
Max. Occupancy Limit of 6.
Age Restriction: You must be 25 or older to rent and must be present throughout the rental term.

Like most residences, we have a Ring video doorbell installed at the front door. This video doorbell monitors the outside of the front entrance and may capture images of guests arriving and people passing by. This video doorbell is not monitored unless there is a need, or a guest asks us to review it. This Ring video doorbell should not be relied on for security purposes.

*** Spring/Fall Break: If your plans include a wild party, this IS NOT the condo for you. If you are looking to enjoy some beach time together while the kids are out from school, then we are the perfect place!
