This ocean front vacation condo at the Splash Beach Resort in Panama City Beach is a fantastic family friendly vacation spot! Your kids will love it and so will you, watching them have so much fun at this Disney-like Resort. Look forward to creating memories that will last a lifetime.

This 4th floor condo is beautifully decorated and has all the conveniences of home in order to make your stay truly comfortable.

ABOUT THE SPLASH BEACH RESORT
Splash Resort's amenities are quite unique among Gulf Coast resorts and there is something here for everyone. There is an adults-only swimming pool and Jacuzzi located right next to the main kids play area where the water slides and an enormous bucket that dumps hundreds of gallons of water every 45 seconds are located. There is also a state-of-the-art fitness facility overlooking the pool and Lazy River. There is a poolside bar and grill with tables by the pool and a reasonably-priced menu. High-speed Internet access is available in many common areas around the resort, including a Wi-Fi lounge area with comfortable seating. There is an Alvin's Island beach apparel, accessories and surf shop. Also, there is a mini grocery store and coffee and ice cream shop located onsite, giving Splash just about everything that most guests need on their vacation so that they need not leave until they are ready to check out.

We were very pleased with property. Nice kids water play area. Full kitchen washer and dryer nice balcony. 2 nice bedrooms and bathrooms. 4 bag chairs one boogie board a float 2 umbrellas to use at beach could not have been any better. Would absolutely stay here again. Jim was very nice and could easily be reached if needed. Was nice to spend time here with daughter and grandchildren that we dont get to see enough. bedrooms and bathrooms

This property was exactly as described and communication with owner could not have been better! Location was perfect and the views were amazing! Our kids (and us) loved the swimming pools and the proximity to the beach made it so easy to go back and forth between the two! Will def be going back!

Wow! This place is incredible! Right smack on the beach and the amenities of the property are top notch. There is a something for every age group here. The property itself was very clean and well stocked with anything you need, the property manager was quick to reply to any question I had and so friendly. The price was very reasonable for our stay and I would highly recommend this place to anybody going.

Awesome condo!

My family stayed for a week and throughly enjoyed it! The condo had everything we needed and the beds were super comfy! My kids loved all the pools and the easy beach access. We never had to wait too long at the elevator, as I know alot of condos run into slow elevator issues. The host was also great with communicating. We will definitely come back!

Lots of things for little ones to do. Went with grown daughters and their toddlers. Unit was adequately equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. Laundry room in unit was great to have. Even had chairs and some beach supplies in the laundry room for our use. GREAT view from fourth floor balcony.

Great Place for family get togrther

We have stayed at several places in the PCB area and this was one of the best. Clean and comfortable with enough room for all 6 of us. Great location and great views of the gulf. Splash resort is a great place for a family to stay. It is a clean and well kept resort with enough to do for all ages. I especially liked the 4th floor location, convenient and easy to get to. And finally, the communication with owner Jim was excellent. We had a few questions for him before and during our stay, and his response was always quick and polite. Thanks from all of us.

The condo was clean. We were left we several cleaning items we’ve had to provide when staying elsewhere. Jim was very accommodating and we were able to check in early. He was easy to get in touch with. The amenities were great! My kids loved the pool and splash area. The beach was steps away. Just a short drive to pier park. Great views from the balcony! This condo was clean and is just what we needed. This is our second year staying in this unit. Our children loved bouncing back and forth between the beach and one of the 3 pools. We enjoyed cocktails from the poolside bar and our kids enjoyed their “mock tails”. We only left the resort twice all week, we have no reason to leave as there is plenty to do. The unit was stocked with everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. We plan to stay again next season. Great place!

Great communication with Jim. The beds were very comfortable and great views. We loved seeing dolphins in the morning from our balcony and walking right down to the beach- very convenient for my 4 year old. The pools were not warm and the kiddie area is completely shaded so we didn’t utilize that as we hoped since it was early-mid April. No complaints though. Not very long waits at the elevators as others said and the food was good at the bar pool! We would stay again for sure!

We loved this condo! The amenities at the property are amazing. Splash pad, slides, small lazy river, bar, tiki bar, food, pizza, ice cream, poolside sno-cones and dole whips, attached to Alvin’s island, indoor pool, hot tub, super close beach access, chair service $40-50/day, activities to purchase on beach, it has IT ALL! The condo had everything we needed, included a fold-out couch. The view is spectacular and literally right on the beach. The space in the condo was ample and the condo contained everything we needed. The owner was super kind, attentive and we highly recommend renting this condo at Splash resort!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful condo!

This condo is perfect! Staying at a place with 21 floors can mean slow elevators sometimes but being on the fourth floor it was an easy walk downstairs. The view of the ocean is perfect from the main bedroom and living room. Quite at night you can’t hear noise from other condos and if you go up to take a nap during the day you can’t hear the bucket at the water park. The little cafe has delicious donuts! Jim was a wonderful host. You can tell they take great care and pride in their condo. We will definitely be staying again!

The property was great! It was right on the beach with made it convenient to run up to the room often, especially with a toddler. The pools and setup couldn’t be better. The elevators are a problem. We found ourselves waiting for the elevators many times. Our unit was nice. It was a little dated and the guest room and living room space was small for what we hoped but it met our needs for this stay. We loved being on the 4th floor. The view was spectacular.

Watch the sunset from your balcony, living room or bedroom. Quick response when we needed lightbulbs replaced. Owner quickly answered tv remote questions. Comfy king bed. Not fancy, but comfy. Hideabed sofa not very comfy to sit on. Appliances all work fine. Nice to have side by side washer and dryer rather than stackables. Parking across the street, walking in skyway was not our favorite. Never waited very long for elevators, tho😊

We loved the location. The condo is definitely in need of a refresh and thorough cleaning. The layout of the condo is good and we enjoyed being on the balcony but a lounge chair there would be a nice addition. The remotes in the master bedroom were mislabeled and some didn’t have batteries. Also the clock in that bedroom didn’t work at all. We were disappointed that we were not able to get local and network channels on the televisions.

The property is definitely out dated and needs some up grades. A lot of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty, the floor felt like it hadn’t been cleaned. There’s a broom in the condo but it’s about worthless. There’s a vacuum that doesn’t work. The toilet in the master needs to be fixed it constantly kicks on and off the couch is absolutely terrible and so is the pull out bed. The air conditioning needs an upgrade. The location was nice
