Magnolia By The Sea -An upscale cottage community located just 5 miles East of Seaside and 2 miles west of Rosemary Beach. Magnolia By The Sea has quickly become one of the most desired beach destinations on 30A. The home is very well appointed which includes Kohler fixtures, hardwood floors in the great room, kitchen, and bedrooms. There is tile in all the bath's, along with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. You will also enjoy the world famous beaches which are a 100 yard walk, or the neighborhood resort style swimming pool which is just a minute walk away. This 3 bedroom cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests and is the closest home to the beach in the Magnolia Cottages community.

Great Location!

A lovely home and just as pictured. A quiet neighborhood of pretty cottages but close enough to all the sights on 30A. Loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Spring break getaway

Spent 5 lovely days with my daughter at 30A. This beach bungalow is decorated wonderfully and so relaxing. Cant wait to book again.

Felt like Home Away from Home, Cute Decorations, Spacious, & Convenient Location to the Beach - We felt welcome from the moment we walked in the door. We loved the location, though we found it more convenient to use the public beach access than the private one, as we were told we couldn't set our beach spot up at the private access because we were only allowed to use that one due to it being"grandfathered in." We could walk through the sand to the public area or on the walking path. The public access, only another minute walk, was larger and had a shower off area with garbages which made things easier with kids anyways. The rental was comfortable, well furnished and stocked. This would hands down be a place we'd return to!

Great beach house

The beach house was great. It’s in a nice area and the beach is really close by. Good places to eat in the area. We will come back and stay there again. There’s a good pizza place near the property entrance.

We loved our stay memorial day weekend. Few minutes walk to the beach, and the condo was very clean and comfy! No complaints.

Great location

We would recommend anyone staying here! It was a quick and easy walk to the beach and centrally located on the 30A stretch. The host responded quickly to our questions, house was spotless, and we have no complaints (if planning to cook while here, just note to bring oil, etc. they have seasoning and cookware). Thank you for having us!

Quick end of summer stay

I planned an end of the summer vacation with my daughters and this place checked all the boxes. Location, style, beach, pool and plenty of things to do. I would highly recommend this property to friends. Owner was super helpful in providing things to try and check out. House was clean and very well maintained. Great place for a long vacation or a quick getaway.

Summertime

Property was very clean and nicely decorated. Overall a nice home. Some things to improve on is possibly getting some decent beach chairs, a gas grill and more seating in the family room. Overall, would recommend to others.

Annual Beach Trip w/Friends

This beach house is decorated super cute, and had everything we needed. Was not far at all to walk to the beach access, and we even walked to the Alys Beach area. When we let the owner know the beach chairs were broken and in bad shape, she reimbursed us for the chairs we had to buy ourselves, which I thought was so kind of her, certainly didn’t expect that! We really enjoyed our time together the week we were there!

Lovely 30A Family + Pet Stay

Our family of 4 plus our mini doodle had a lovely stay of 5 days. We found the cottage to be ideally located and sparklingly clean upon arrival. You would never guess a single pet had stayed there, as you could not even find a stray hair. All was as pictured inside. Despite being close to the main road that separates the neighborhood from the beach access point, we found that it was very quiet and private — a sanctuary away from the spring break crowds. The neighborhood is all brick/paver-lined streets — very charming with a loop towards the back that was ideal for dog walks. The master bedroom was so comfortable, and we slept like babies. Our kids, 10 and 8, loved the bunk beds. We had plenty of space indoors and felt safe letting the kids play around outside in the driveway. Nearby, we enjoyed trips to Grayson Beach, a private tour with 30A Boat Valet, and the restaurants in Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, as well as The Big Chill for the kids. The only oddity was that two folks from the property management company (Mylan was one) told us the rental was not pet friendly, so I corrected them and assured them it was both advertised and booked as such. Minor communications issue that can easily be addressed by the owner and didn’t at all impact our satisfaction.

Wonderful home, fully equipped with anything you might need and a great layout. Very close to the beach - not 150 steps - but who is really counting when you are that close? Beach towels would be a nice addition, as it was the only item that left us in a lurch. Host was responsive and there were no surprises. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a small maintenance issue after arriving, called manager and they had it fixed that same afternoon!Still not sure what the 150 steps in the description is, was a little farther to the beach that that but the private beach access and the public beach access (with shower and waterhose on walkway) was pretty much right across the road.

Comfy Cottage

We loved everything about this place! It was nicely decorated, well stocked, very clean, and had a great layout. The cottage was conveniently located near everything we enjoy doing on our vacations…beach, pool, bike path, walking trail, shops, and restaurants. With five adults, having three bedrooms and three bathrooms was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this house. We plan to return soon!
