Master bed and bath are on the main floor with 2 other bedrooms and one other bathroom. The master has a king bed, TV and door to the pool area. It has a smart TV. The master bathroom has a big tube and tiled shower with closet space. The second bedroom has a queen bed, TV and closet space. The third bedroom has two twin beds, TV and closet space. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
The fourth bedroom is located upstairs in the loft with a queen bed, TV, additional air conditioning and a private full bath with shower. All beds have 800 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. All bath linens are new. The pool is HEATED! There is plenty of seating outside around the pool. There is an outdoor dining table as well as a fire pit. There are new lounge ledger corn hole boards as well as a charcoal grill. There is also a putting green with clubs and balls. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, cookware, storage containers, cooking and eating utensils, coffee pot, blender, toaster, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and spices and seasonings. There is room for one vehicle under the covered area and then room for 2 additional vehicles. There is a street legal golf cart available for you to use while staying. Our home truly is a piece of heaven and public beach access 18 is just across the road you are just steps away from paradise!
