    Recent upgrades include new flooring, a renovated bathroom, and a new HVAC system—providing modern comfort throughout your stay.

    Ideally located between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, you’ll be steps away from boutique shopping, incredible dining, and scenic 30A bike paths. The beach is just a short walk away at the deed beach located at Sunset Beach, and a convenient community tram makes getting there even easier. Guests also enjoy access to two community pools within the complex.

We loved our stay at Don’t Worry Beach Happy! The property fit our family of five comfortably & was conveniently situated between Alys Beach’s charming cafés and Rosemary Beach’s downtown area. Both about a 10-minute walk & less than a 5-minute bike ride away. The property was within walking distance (less than 10 minutes) to a designated beach entrance at Seacrest beach and the community pool was 2 minutes away. Also, laundry was available with app pay option. The hosts were helpful and always quick to answer our questions. They were also happy to offer recommendations and accommodate our needs. We rented bikes to wonder around and it made exploring very enjoyable, especially when walking in the heat was not ideal.. Overall, a fantastic location, wonderful hosts, and a great family-friendly stay.
