Waterfront Two Bedroom Beach house with Private Boat Dock

This waterfront home is only three blocks from the pristine white-sand beachfront. This home features a private boat dock, with stairs to water and wave-runner lift, on Lower Grand Lagoon - only 1 mile water access to St. Andrews Bay and Gulf of America. Grand Lagoon is a haven for watersports (paddleboard, kayak, waterski, wakeboard, wake-surf, tubing, lounging), fishing and dolphin sighting. This newly remodeled home has an open floor plan with many windows and a large screened-in porch for gorgeous views. You have access to two paddle boards, two bikes, and beach accessories including wagon, chairs, games, umbrella and towels. Outdoor Grill and Kitchen are fully equipped with a complimentary coffee bar.
The local area boasts many entertainment options for fun for children and adults.
Bring your boat or rent a pontoon for a special day at Shell Island, a 7-mile undeveloped white sand beach...absolutely beautiful.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please remove sand before entering house using dock-shower or hose.
Rinse Stand Up Paddleboards and return to storage bags. Return beach accy and bikes/helmets to storage shed.
Retractable close-line at outdoor pavilion to dry swimwear and beach items.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Absolutely the best ! This was the perfect house in the perfect location . Having morning coffee while watching dolphins play was the icing on cake . The host is truly the sweetest and very attentive. 10/10 we will be back .
