Watercrest 902- FREE Beach Chairs!

Watercrest renovations to replace all balcony railings on the beach side has been completed on 2/28/2026. The final phase of painting the front of the building will take place 3/1/2026-5/15/2026. Some parking limitations will occur and during this time guests will only be allowed 2 parking spaces on property.

The "Ocean Pearl Retreat" is a FULLY renovated oceanfront 9th floor unit featuring breathtaking beach and ocean views while providing all the comfort of home. Watercrest 902 is a spacious condo that features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an updated kitchen and elegant living room which leads out to the magnificent eastward facing oceanfront balcony and sleeps 10 total.

The owners provide guest with 2 FREE 2 person cabana chair and umbrella on the beach for guest to use during their stay (Mid March - Late October only). For a total of 4 Free Beach Chairs. The master bedroom hosts a king bed and private bath, with sliding glass doors to the extraordinary balcony. Located in the rear of the condo, the master suite allows you to kick back and enjoy the incredible view of the gulf for yourself. The spacious guest bedroom features 3 queen beds and direct access to the second full bathroom, a great space for your friends or family to join you on your getaway! The living room hosts a sleeper sofa, allowing the condo to sleep 10 people. With only 10 condos on a floor, units are more spacious and elevator wait times are generally minimal. Enjoy beautiful beach views from the cozy balcony, all housed within one of the premiere properties of Panama City Beach! Why This Property? Watercrest 902 is a beautifully decorated 2 BR 2 BA Gulf of Mexico beachfront condo. Watercrest offers a heated pool during fall, winter and spring. The complex has a tennis court, pickle ball area, shuffleboard and bocce ball area. The hand ball court is currently closed until summer of 2024. Watercrest is located on the quiet side of Thomas drive and the complex has a Tiki Hut for snacks in the pool area that is open from Mid March to Late Sept.

The best restaurants in PCB are located within a short walk down the beach or a short car ride down Thomas Drive. Walking distance or a short drive to Schooner's, Alvins Island, Newby's in the Curve, Shoreshack Pizza and Patches restaurant.
Watercrest is located on the quiet end of PCB near the State Park and just steps from Schooner's which is the perfect lunch time or dinner destination when you need a break from the beach. Watercrest provides guest with large spacious beaches and the property will provide amenities that the entire family will enjoy.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
