Welcome to Horizon South 38B! This beautiful 2BR/2BA townhome is located on the west end of Panama City Beach! You'll love having private beach access to the sugar-white sands and emerald Gulf waters just 350 yards away. This townhome features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with plenty of seating, and an outdoor patio. This townhome offers a King bed in the master bedroom, 2 Full beds in the guest room, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This lovely unit sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience! Take a stroll to the beach, chill by one of the 4 pools, play a game of tennis on the courts, or a round of mini golf! Come and see why families come back to Horizon South 38B year after year!

Welcome to Horizon South, located less than 3 miles from Pier Park, this gated family-friendly community puts you in a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere with loads of entertainment options. Amenities include 4 outdoor pools (1 heated seasonally), hot tub, tennis courts, laundry facilities, shuffleboard courts, onsite minigolf, and much more! Please note, additional items for these amenities such as rackets, clubs, and sports balls are not included and guests must provide their own. The clubhouse boasts pool tables, a fitness room, and complimentary WiFi for guests. Private beach access can be found next to the Sandpiper Beacon Resort, where beach chair and umbrella rentals are available. Private Beach Access is next to Sandpiper Beacon Resort! You can rent beach chair and umbrellas from Sandpiper during your stay!

Guests may purchase up to 2 parking passes and 10 wristbands through Horizon South's online registration site or upon arrival at the Horizon South Office. Parking passes and wristbands need to be picked up from the Horizon South office prior to checking in. All guest 6 years or older are required to wear a wristband. All vehicles must display a valid parking pass hanging from the rearview mirror. Prices: Wristband-$20.00 each for 10 days or less, or $40 each for 10 days or more | Vehicle Parking Pass-$25.00 each for 10 days or less, or $50 each for 10 days or more | Trailer Parking Pass-$40.00 and is good for only 10 days. These prices may be subject to change without notice. The most current pricing will be displayed in the online registration system provided at the time of booking.

Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater. 

Some “must see, must try” area attractions include Shipwreck Island Waterpark, putt-putt golf, go-carts, arcades, and bumper boats! Try Pirate's Plunge, Treetop Drop or the Whiteknuckle Rapids.
