Welcome to St. Thomas Square Villa 1211C. This beautiful 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom condo has everything you need for your next Panama City Beach vacation. It has a queen bed in the master bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room sleeping up to 4 guest comfortably. Relax and enjoy your favorite beverage on your private balcony or check out the amenities available. The kitchen is fully stocked for the chef in your group to prepare your favorite meal after a full day at the beach. The living room has a large flat-screen TV, perfect for watching a movie. There is a pool, sauna, tennis courts, winery, restaurants, and shops on site in the plaza for your enjoyment. For added convenience, you will find a washer and dryer and can store your boat w/trailer on the property. Come let the Villas of St. Thomas be one of your favorite spots in Panama City Beach!

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. St. Thomas Square is one of only 4 condo complexes on the south side of Grand Lagoon. Offering a unique experience for guests to have direct access to the Gulf via the lagoon. That is significant because it gives Gulf access via the lagoon. You can jump into your boat docked on the premises and be in the Bay or Gulf quickly. St. Thomas Square is only one block from the beach. Swim in the crystal clear and refreshing water of the immaculate pool. Tennis and shuffleboard courts are available for your enjoyment. Charcoal grills are located in the pool area. The Mediterranean architecture and the tropical landscape are a constant reminder that you are at the beach! The complex has five Villa buildings that each have 12-14 units. The Plaza building consists of both retail and residential condos. There is a winery, nail salon, hair salon, restaurant, and more on the main level. Make your next Panama City Beach vacation memorable at St. Thomas Square.

Cozy more private stay

This was such a great trip! Listing was just as promised. Very comfortable stay. Was a breeze getting checked in and settled in. Loved the pool area. What’s really great about this is the quality for the price compared to the huge condos in PCB. This unit was well above my expectations. We would definitely come again!
