Clean condo and excellent stay

Condo is exactly like the pictures, it was super clean when we arrived. It was the perfect size for our family of three. Balcony had a good view of the pool and also the ocean. We did not have any issues with the elevator or parking. Condo also looks like it has been recently updated. We would definitely want to stay here again.

Place was nice. Oven was small and cookie sheet provided wouldnt fit in oven. Wrist bans they make you wear didn't work to open parking garage gates. Other than that, we had a great time. Unit needs a dust pan to go with broom.

Nice stay

Everything was as advertised. The view was better than expected. Pictures don't do it justice. It is a big complex, so you have to take that into account if you don't like big crowds, slow elevators, and crowded beaches. But we enjoyed it. Would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Parking is a nightmare and elevators are slowwww, everything else was good.

Overall Nice Stay

Only had a few complaints from our stay. The room itself was not very clean, the floor was sandy when we arrived and we noticed stains on the sheets a few days into our trip. The parking was very difficult to find the the spot that was assigned to us was always taken. Other than that, the location is great and in the middle of PCB so it was easy to get around quickly to restaurants and Pier Park.

Great vacation!

My husband and I stayed here for our first anniversary. We had a blast! The pool was awesome as was the beach. I am pale and areas of the pool provided shade which made my stay all the better. The room was great and the view was perfect. Check in was a breeze and all the staff was friendly. Music and tiki bar by the pool were also spot on. The elevators were slow but being on the 6th floor we took the stairs. Parking was hectic with the parking garage but not bad enough to make us avoid this property in the future. We will be back!

Beautiful room & view

Everything about our stay was great! A/C unit definitely needs some work though. The digital screen on the unit would not work properly. We contacted the property manager about the issue and she gave us instructions on which buttons to press to get the unit to the coldest temperature. We did so, but we couldn’t get the room colder than 70-71 degrees. It was not terribly hot, but we wanted it colder. Property manager stated the owners were contacted to replace the unit. Overall, 10/10. Super clean, beautiful view, good contact with property manager, and although the elevator wait times are terrible in the condo, we had no issues walking 6 flights of stairs to our room instead. I would definitely stay here again with a little colder AC.

Worst ever!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Studio apt.was beyond filthy, bathroom was gross, bathtub liner had mold on it, toilet was disgusting, hair all over, towels provided were dirty with hair tied in them, thank God we brought our own! The bed omG we literally sank into the bed, that’s how bad/old it is, on top of it woke up with back pain. Kitchen utensils/dishes were dirty had to be washed before use. Apartment had sand everywhere including the bed, which tells me wasn’t cleaned at all. AC’s unit filter wasn’t replaced in God knows how long, it was throwing out dust bunnies. Doors could NOT be locked from the inside, so who ever knows the code could easily walk in! There were puddles of water on the balcony from AC which was super annoying. Beach front luxury?!!!! This place is a shi...hole! And the front desk people, good luck finding one! After multiple tries to find someone every day, we were able to find someone our 4th day of stay. Plus she tried to charge us some fee for something where we were told not to pay for anything. Worst vacation ever! This place will never see us again!

Great Resort, but a Disappointing Rental Unit

Rental management was awful. The unit was not properly cleaned and the following items were broken: the sleeper sofa mattress hung down towards the floor where the mattress support was torn and separated from the frame, a spring was poking out of the mattress itself, the vanity door in the restroom was completely broken off its hinges and sitting inside the cabinet, the bathroom towel rack was coming out of the wall, the curtains were coming apart from their brackets and hanging down on one side, etc. We called the owner on Thursday (check-in) to report these items and to request they be addressed. We got no answer and their voicemail box was full, so we sent a text message, which included pictures we had taken of all the broken items. We wanted to document they were found in that condition at the time of check-in as the owner had previously sent a long list of the unit's rules and the things they would charge fees for if found out of order. Property management was horrible at replying. On Friday afternoon, we got a text saying the repairs had been addressed and items had been fixed. This was false. Everything was still just as we had found it, so we reached out again. It was Sunday before anything was addressed. Two men came to replace the vanity, but nothing else was addressed. They left a nasty mess behind on the bathroom floor from what work they did do. This debris included two rusty screws my kids could have easily stepped on had I not been the first one to enter after they left. The best features of this property were the resort amenities (such as the great pool area and easy access to the beach). As for the unit itself, the view of the ocean from the balcony was actually lovely and the most accurate part of the rental unit's listing. We have stayed happily at Shores of Panama before and we would easily stay there again, but we would NOT rent from this owner again.

Bad stay.

The dishwasher was leaking all over the floor when using it. All the dishes were dirty that we got out of the cabinets. The staff was never friendly. The front desk staff was rude and wouldn't even make eye contact with you. They wouldn't let us use the pool the last two days we were there even after when the storm passed through. They even double charged me for parking pass and bracelets we had to have while staying there. I will NEVER pay the price I did to stay there EVER again. The couch bed was broken the mattress looked like they got it out if the garbage it had big holes in it and wasn't clean my children was falling through it ridiculous! I stayed in room 606 at shores of Panama. The parking garage was horrible it wasn't big enough for two cars to drive side by side. And you had to wait so long for the elevators to even get down to the beach or up to your room.
