Pure Awesomeness!

I loved everything about my stay! The staff were all professional and friendly! My room was absolutely beautiful and totally exceeded my expectations! The online pictures gave it no justice! This place is wonderful! I will definitely book there again and have already been advising people to book at this location! The amenities and location make this the perfect place to vacation!

Beach wasn’t too far! Literally across the street! Everything within walking distance! Lots of entertainment and food all in one place! Even souvenir shops! Multiple pools was great too!

Perfect PCB condo for a family vacation!

This spacious, clean and well furnished condo was perfect for a large family vacation. So much space! There was a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, generous supplies.(of course you provide your own trash bags and laundry soap for example in condo rentals, but they make sure you have what you need till you hit Walmart, which is conveniently close) the rooms are large and comfortable. The decor is beach but restful and neutral, the balcony huge and suitable for a nice family evening dinner or early breakfast, condo conveniently located right next to the elevator -we were there the first week of August and I didn’t wait more than five minutes for an elevator. This was a nice condo and I highly recommend and would definitely stay at again. Vacasa had a better price than most, they had clear communication and immediately responded promptly to questions. Parking was easy and the hot tub and pool were really nice on the 10th floor. Glad this is the one we picked!

WORST PLACE EVER STAYED

This was alsolutly the worst property I have ever stayed at. Could not stay there for the first 2 days of my vacation due to a water alarm going off due to the AC not working properly.The dishwasher was full of stagnent mody water &the actuator was not even installed properly. The oven and stove set off F-10 & F-30 alarms and could not be used. Two of the bedrooms had no electricity for 80% of the stay.

Not as advertised

The listing says beachside. It is across Thomas dr from the beach. A very busy road. When i contacted Vacasa they said the listing stated beach access. When i sent the a screen shot of the listing they stated the property is beachside not the condo. Neither is beachside. They basically said I misread the listing. No I did not they are advertising falsely. The room was clean however one of the beds was so old it had a large sagging area in it. Water damage to one of the nightstands. When we first arrived we had to open balcony doors and front door to air out the strong smell of Marijuana. The elevators as stated in many other reviews are terribly. Definitely not kid friendly. Crossing that road with a 2 and 5 year old was dangerous. Vacasa gave crappy answers to my problems but they did respond quickly. It would be fine for adults but not family and children.
