- All new remodel April 2026! Across the street from Gulf of America in Gulf Highlands resort! Very nice kitchen and bathroom! Ice cold air, comfortable mattresses, great location near food and beach! Smart TV’s in both bedrooms and living room, gas grill out back on patio with table and chairs to cookout and enjoy a nice meal in paradise, there is a pool on the beach just for the townhomes. Gated community so it’s very safe! 9pools, 5 pools are heated, tennis, pickleball, cornhole, gym, kids playground, shuffleboard, putt putt. Etc

Leave gate cards on island in kitchen, sweep heavy debris from floor, we will mop, load dishwasher and start it(please rinse heavy food off before putting in dishwasher),
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
