Located in beautiful Panama City Beach, this spacious two-story townhome is the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. With 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 1 bunk bed) and 2 full bathrooms complete with showers and hair dryers, it’s ideal for families, couples, or friends traveling together. An additional sofa bed in the living area offers extra sleeping space for larger groups.

The main living area and fully equipped kitchen are located upstairs, along with a balcony where you can sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the water. Downstairs, you’ll find a second living room/family space—perfect for spreading out and relaxing after a day in the sun. A washer and dryer are also provided, making it easy to keep clothes and towels fresh during your stay.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn thermostat to 80 when A/C is being used or 60 when heat is being used.
Ensure golf cart keys are hanging up. Lock the back gate, lock the golf cart, and bring charger back inside.
Bring cushions back inside. Lock all doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Golf cart is for licensed drivers only and for driving to the beach and around the neighborhood. Under no circumstances are children allowed to drive.
Smoking is not allowed in the unit at all. Smoking should be done outside. Butts should be thrown in the garbage outside and not on the ground.
