Tucked into a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood and just a short block from the shoreline, this charming condo is perfect for families, couples, or small groups ready to enjoy both the beach and the laid-back atmosphere of PCB.

Inside, you'll find a bright and open living area with a fully equipped kitchen, upgraded countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dining space ideal for shared meals or late-night board games. Unwind in the cozy living room with a movie on the Smart TV or step outside onto your private patio to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink while overlooking the community pool.
Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king bed, private balcony, and a full bathroom with shower, offering a peaceful space to recharge after a day in the sun. The second bedroom is perfect for kids or friends, with twin/full bunk beds and easy access to the upstairs bathroom. An additional sleeper option (futon) in the second bedroom ensures everyone has a spot to relax. Great family-friendly property overall. The townhouse has everything you need. 2 bdrm, 2 bath, and a full kitchen. Near shopping, restaurants, and the beach. It was pretty quiet during our stay.
