Toes in the Water

This is a unique 30A home! Located just a few blocks from Rosemary Beach, Seacreast community pool, as well as Alys beach. It's perfectly designed for families to create memories with a private pool, hot tub, 3rd floor patio with sunset views, and kids bunk /movie room.
The space
First floor is designed for the family all day
- Living Room - Seats 10+ and boasts 85" TV with surround sound
- Dining Room - Separate area and seats 8
- Kitchen - Oversized island seating 4, glass doors to the pool that fully retract, icemaker, Keurig, Wine / Beer refrigerator and everything you need!
- Pool Area - Pool, Hottub that seats 6, area for everyone to sit in the sun and backyard space where your family can play cornhole.

Second Floor - There are three separate bedrooms on this level. Each bedroom has a king size bed, private bathroom, closets, and their own private patio. The master bath has an oversized tub and walk in shower that feels like your own spa.

Third Floor - This makes the house really unique!
- Bunk / Entertainment Room - There are 4 bunks and sleeper sofa in this giant room. At night, there is a movie projector that lights the entire wall up as your own private surround sound theater. In addition, there is Play Station area with multiple screens. There is no doubt, your kids will love it!
- Full Bathroom with walk in shower
- Outdoor Patio - A 500 square foot patio is this home's calling card. You can enjoy a view to the gulf as you watch the sunset to the west. Dining table seats 8 and sofa and chairs for 6 more....your entire group can enjoy it together! With a gas grill, 75" TV, and fireplace, you can spend your entire vacation here!

Carport - There also is a carport where you can have covered parking and includes a Telsa charger, 4 bikes for you to use during your stay, outdoor ping pong table, beach chairs, and other games.

Parking - There are more than 8 spots to park surrounding the house so there is never a problem parking.
