Welcome to Ocean Villa 901!

We purchased this spacious Panama City Beach vacation rental condo a few years ago so that we could have a home at the beach that we could share with our family and others. We selected Unit 901 because it is very spacious with incredible views of the beach. Our condo is a two bedroom two bath beach residence that sleeps up to 6 comfortably because all the rooms and the living area are quite large. One thing you’ll notice right away is that the balcony views of the world’s most beautiful beaches are spectacular. In the morning, we like to bring our binoculars along when we come so that we can enjoy our morning coffee while we watch the dolphins playing in the gulf. Since we spend time here ourselves, we’ve made this that this condo is decorated for maximum comfort. We wanted to create the feel of a home at the beach. For us and our guests. We hope you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some of the unique features of this wonderful beach environment:

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Great time at the beach

The property was very nice. Very clean, plenty of room for three adults. Enjoyed the pool and the beach on our visit. Plenty of activities and dining choices close by.

Beautiful setting. The corner condo was perfect, perfect views, the balcony is spacious. 9th floor was at a great height, not on the elevator too long and still able to have great views. Super easy check in. Can’t wait to stay again.

GREAT VACAY

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. Unit was clean and eveything we expected. The elevators were slow but that is to be expected. Hope to stay in the unit again in the future.

Beautiful view, beyond comfortable stay!

Check-in process was super easy, easy accessible parking. Condo was clean, well stocked kitchen, fridge kept drinks nice and cold. Beds were super comfortable, showers in bathrooms were beyond awesome, love love love the water pressure! Towels and amenities left to start your stay I would say were exceptional. Very obvious the owners want you to have a great experience! Balcony furniture was comfy, views were great! Communication from owners on check in and stay were great, all info needed received and very timely! Will be sure to put this condo on our list to stay in the future!

Great location, cleanliness can be improved

Location is unbeatable. Rooms are large. Cleanliness can be improved. Dust caked on baseboards, big dust bussies under bed, moldy food pieces under living room table (found it when we moved the table to make the bed). Toilet in the bathroom that is accessible from the living room is extremely loud after flushing, woke everyone up at night

Good stay

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s time the property have some updates- just minor things like paint etc, walls were fairly dirty, the plate where the door locks constantly fell off, master tub in fair condition. We’ve stayed at many properties before and this one was minimal in things like towels, no seasonings not even salt and pepper. They want you to wash the towels at the end of the stay but no detergent- we used our own. Master bed is needing an upgrade. The place was clean and loved the view. It is by a public beach which we didn’t enjoy, and there were unruly guests nobody took care of- my kids missed a few days swimming at the pool due to alcohol, smoking etc We also lost power one day and I had no response back when I text.
