Great Beach Views from the balcony! Love that the main living room and Master bedroom have direct access to the balcony!! Big issue of cleanliness in bathrooms.

The property was great. It was very accommodating and the location was perfect. Beach and pool access was very easy. Definitely made our stay a lot better with a place that was pretty much central to everything we wanted to do.

Yearly Family Christmas Vacation

Has a wonderful stay with parents, brother, and son. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was great! Unit spacious and right at the elevator. Close to Pier Park and away from more crowded areas. Have stayed at Tropic Winds several times.

Balcony was fantastic. Beach and pool were awesome! Condo was well stocked with everything we needed. Floors and the balcony area was in need of deep cleaning. But everything else was great.

Winter Getaway

PCB has been our place to winter during January & February the last few years. We chose a 3 bed 3 bath Unit Beach Front in great condition. No issues and the staff at the building were helpful and friendly.

Great space

Overall the property was nice and quiet. location was perfect. Elevators were fast. Parking was a little challenging but we didn’t leave the property much so it was a big deal.

As expected

Details of the unit were very accurate on this site. Photos are up to date. We had no disturbances. Washer and dryer in unit worked great! The balcony was actually bigger than I had imagined. I was there with my 18 and 9 year old girls. We had a great vacation. We love the New Years Party @ Pier Park! I am pretty self-sufficient, and frequent traveler in hotels and condos both, so I didn't need to communicate anything during the trip

Very nice stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Beds were comfortable as well as the furniture in the living room. My only suggestion would be to have more than 3 chairs for the dining room table. We had 6 people in our party and weren’t able to eat all together at the table. We had no issues with the refrigerator which was reported above. So that problem was fixed. We would definitely return to this property!

Needs Repairs

Love the location but was very disappointed with some of the amenities.The pool was closed all week, and the jacuzzi was closed the first 3days.There was no handle on the sliding door in the living area and this was very difficult for us ladies to open.I sent a message to ecdi and told them about the broke. shelf in the fridge and no one ever came to fix it.We made the best of it and we really enjoyed the beach

Love Tropic winds!

This 6th floor unit condo has been newly updated .. it still needs a few things.. the bath tubs have huge gash in it. The floor has a huge wrinkle in the vinyl because of slope in floor. There is paint bubbling behind toilet in master.. there are places that paint needs to touch up. It needs some kitchen items replaced.. only a few eating silverware. Pans in bad shape. Not a lot of bowls. Overall, the size and location is the best on all Pcb! We didn’t use the pool much because it was cold. Great vaca!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s hard to complain when you’re on a beautiful beach. So no complaints to nature. However - the condo is lacking and there was no help with our problem. As soon as we got there, I noticed the empty fridge was warm and freezer was leaking into fridge. I got my groceries and put them in. Noticed door wouldn’t stay closed. Maintenance came by that day, said he would order a part and be back Monday. He never showed. On Thursday - fridge and freezer stopped overnight. I woke up to alllll my food ruined. The garbage disposal doesn’t work. So when you run dishwasher old food **** comes up sink. Sits there so it stinks all day. The floor is broken to pieces and covered by a rug. The unit is 3 bedrooms and supposedly houses 6-8 adults. The dining table is like 3 foot round with 3 chairs. So we always had to sit around or on floor. And I know this can’t be helped. But the pool was closed entire time! Pros - plenty of dishes, pans actually clean, plenty of towels.

Great place to get away

Great place to stay not far from restaurants and grocery stores just right outside of the party zone ! Could use a warning sign to watch your step when going out to the balcony ! Really enjoyed our stay!

Just ok

Needs improvement on exterior. Pool area leaves much to be desired. Condo was ok with just a few issues with floor, closet holding a/c unit, faucet in kitchen. Parking garage is extremely tight.
