  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Great family vacation

Gulf Coast 70.3 trip

We came in for the half Ironman, the house is right next to both sides of run course and the end of the bike leg. It was very convenient to all things we needed (food, groceries etc) and it was nice to relax by the pool! Overall very happy with the house and its location

Absolutely Beautiful Home

Lovely family stay

We stayed with 8 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of room to have other friends over to swim as well! Stayed for over a week. The home is very nice & well kept! The cleaning is thorough and we were very happy with the space we had! The wifi was slow moving, but we were on vacation and enjoyed outdoors so it didn’t bother us too much.

The Young family

Family time is the best time!

This is our second year staying at this wonderful home with our family and it just gets better each time. The home was clean and spacious. We had 8 adults and 4 children this year and had a blast. The weather was cold but the pool was nice and toasty. We enjoyed the local restaurants and shopping as well as the new Duplin Winery. Definitely will be recommending it to friends and family. Thanks for a great time.

wonderful vacation home!

We had 6 adults and 5 kids here for a summer vacation and it was such a wonderful spot! The kids room and extra living space upstairs was the perfect space for the kids to hang and sleep. We had so much room for everyone and all of our stuff. The pool outside was also perfect. The location of this house was wonderful, although not directly on the beach it was a short walk with super easy beach access, not to mention we were in close proximity to restaurants, stores, grocery, etc. I would definitely recommend this house to others. The house was clean and the management company was SUPER fast when we reached out with questions or needs.

Overall good place to stay.

We liked the location. Was short walk to a great beach. We had 13 people so size was good. The bunk room and living room upstairs is great for kids, but probably kids 10 and under. Bunks were twins and room is small. All 4 bathrooms are nice size and adult bedrooms had great beds. The property has definitely experienced some wear for being 'new'. Pictures are a bit misleading when it comes to size of living rooms and pool so some creative (smart) photography happening there. Appliances are old and take a long time to do their job (washer/dryer and dishwasher). We had to call for ice maker and washer/dryer to be serviced. Internet (WiFi) did not work the entire time we were there. There was definitely not enough silverware, glasses, dishes, cooking pots/pans for a group of 13. We had to request them. Also not a lot of towels and rags supplied for showers or in the kitchen. We had to request them. The cleaning crew missed some areas in the bunk room and there were ants on food/crumbs under the beds that we cleaned up when we arrived. Property and landscaping could use a little TLC. With that said, we did have a great time and the A/C worked great and it was nice having a small pool in back (although in July, it was very warm) but that is to be expected.

A wonderful stay

My family and I stayed here for a 3 day weekend for my birthday. It was. A total of 10 of us stayed and the place accommodated all of our needs!! It was clean, refreshing and felt like we were right at home. The pool area was immaculate and the pool was definitely bigger than we thought!! We enjoyed this house so much and hope to stay here again in the future!! 💕

Highly recommend this vacation rental. Beautiful home, comfortable beds, big kitchen and a pool is about all you could ever ask for. Great for families and friends. Lovely home!

Wonderful House

This house met the needs of my family of 11. It was 2 blocks from the beach and two blocks from Ship Wreck Island. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had most of the amenities needed.

nice property with lots of space

My family enjoyed our stay at this property. It had tons of space in each bedroom and throughout the house so we never felt cramped even with multiple families. I loved the communication from Warren Beach Rentals and appreciated the fact that I could text them any questions that I had and get an immediate response. They made the booking and checkout process very easy. This property is a short walk to the beach. However, I would like to add that it is not great for older adults or carrying babies. My grandparents are in their 70’s and it was too far for them to walk in the summer heat and my babies cannot sit up in their own yet. There is a public parking lot close to the pier but it costs $12/day. The property does not offer a golf cart at this time so you will certainly need a wagon! Pool and outdoor area was super nice. We enjoyed hanging out here as well. Pool can be heated and temp controlled but ours was already lukewarm bath water from the June heat. Plenty of parking. Nice location. I would stay here again.

Vacation 2023

The house was dirty, and ants in every room. The stove and oven were so dirty we couldn’t cook. The pool was dirty our entire stay. The walls are dirty and have places where sheet rock was fixed but never finished. It worth the price for sure, in my opinion.

Spacious modern house with some issues

House was modern, clean, and well suited for large groups. It is difficult to use for remote work because it has very slow WiFi (Hughesnet satellite) with slow downloads and uploads which couldn't even be measured. The pool may be useable in warm weather but isn't heated (and in fairness wasn't advertised as such). And the house immediately next door is apparently rented by the day and had several very large groups during our one-week stay. They partied all night (3-4 am) and ran around all the adjacent properties.

Vacation

Upon on arrival, the inside of the house had not been cleaned as it should have been. There was rice still in the cabinets, the floors had not been cleaned, maybe only swept. The pool was dirty. Other than that I really enjoyed our house. It was fairly quiet except another family moved in next door and played very loud music. It was not rented by the same company so the only thing we could do was call non-emergency police line and notify but we just left it alone.
