Treasure Island 2 BR+Bunks ***king size beds in both bedrooms***

****THIS CONDO IS LOCATED AT THE TREASURE ISLAND RESORT WHICH IS DIRECTLY ON PANAMA CITY BEACH.
This condo has KING SIZE beds in both bedrooms.
Come enjoy our beautifully redecorated 2 bedroom condo located right on the Gulf on Thomas Drive. We can sleep up to 8 with 2 bedrooms, a queen sleeper sofa and built-in bunk beds that are recessed into a hallway alcove.
The condo also features 2 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances, a brand new washer/dryer combo, and a balcony that overlooks the Gulf. The condo is open and airy and features ceramic tile throughout. This condo is very spacious at almost 1,400 square feet, not including the balcony!
The master bedroom has a king bed and the guest has a king also and the master has a newly installed 55 inch LCD TV on the wall with cable. The Master bedroom has its own full bath.

The Treasure Island front office charges a $35 one time fee per condo upon arrival for parking passes and pool bands.
Treasure Island has implemented a new parking policy that affects extra vehicle parking. If you bring more than 2 vehicles, the resort now charges a $100 parking fee per extra vehicle where space is available. If you have questions about parking availability or this fee, please contact the resort directly.
TREASURE ISLAND PET POLICY
Only 1 dog less than 30 lbs per condo will be allowed. The front office will charge a non refundable $300 pet fee upon arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE WILL BE MADE, PLEASE DO NOT ASK.

Great condo

Condo was nice and clean. Things listed before about lacl of silverware were corrected and i found it well stocked. Pans etc are as expected for a rental, nothing fancy but cookable. Maintenance guy, justin was onside to fix ice maker and when i mentioned there wasnt a hanger in the place and the remote for living room was trashed. He went out and came back with a new remote and programed it abd hangers for both rooms. I give Justin 5 stars for his attitude and help! Would rent again

Nice amenities at Treasure Island

We stayed inn1902. There were some issues with the lights when we first arrived. I notified the management company - the light were fixed the next day. We did notice that some maintenance needs to be done in the condo. The master toilet has a high pitched sound when flushed. The guest bath’s fan is loud and noisy. Several of the doors need to be oiled. Might need to add more dishes. Overall it was a good stay. We did leave some puzzles for the next people and some plastic cups for Hammerhead Fred’s. Overall it was clean and comfortable and any requests or problems were handled quickly. Thank you!

The view is spectacular, and my fur baby can stay with me. 1902 is a very nice unit, although the mattresses in both bedrooms are in dire need of replacing. The first morning was little rough as the Keurig was not functional. We did find a drip pot in the cabinet. After a trip to the store, the coffee issue was fixed. We did let management know so they could replace the Keurig. Treasure Island is our go to place.

Nice location...but lots inside could be better

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No trash can in primary bath, shower has only one small shelf (holds 2 bottles max). The water was hot & had good pressure. Microwave door handle broken & looks like it could fall off the wall, vent (barely) works on high only, lights over stove burnt out, remotes missing backs, no extra blankets (used blanket from bunk room). Beds are ok, but are noisy & probably need replaced. Thermostat wouldn't go above 68 (fixed on day 2), no extra trash can liners, no dish soap or laundry soap. 3 rolls of toilet tissue for 2-week stay. No rugs or carpets except outside door, lights in primary closet and over counter flashing rapidly. Balcony only had small accent light near floor. Counters & tables hadn't even been wiped off. Floors felt dirty; tried the vacuum...blew dirt around. No access codes required to enter parking garage, main building, elevators, pool. Wish it would have been noted that there was maintenance, painting, alarm checks going on during our stay. Dog park is dark and nobody picks up after dogs. Rooms are large & location is nice. I'm listing things here that I wish I would have read in reviews. Gym is only open 8am-9pm.

Wonderful week!

We had a great stay! Love staying at Treasure Island. Elevators always quick, properly clean, love the pool and snack shop, covered parking! We will be back again next summer!

Awesome beach condo

The condo was exactly as advertised, it was perfect for a month of beach living, and was large enough for additional family to visit as well. Great dining within short walking distance. Very nice ocean side pool and hot tube!

Great views of the beach, sealife, and sunsets. Quiet and comfortable. Nothing like have breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner while watching the Gulf. Will be back!

Beautiful View

The view was beautiful! However, there were signs everywhere with rules. I know rules are a necessity but this was overkill. The unit needed a thorough cleaning.
