We had a great stay at Treasure Island in Panama City Beach! The trip was everything we hoped for—relaxing, fun, and easy from start to finish. The condo was clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, which made a big difference after long beach days. Paula, the host, was absolutely awesome—very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. You can tell she really cares about her guests having a great experience. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Great location - Amazing View

Great location and check-in was super easy since the parking garage is connected to the building. No hassle of hauling carts over a breeze way like many condos on PCB. The property was clean and the views were amazing. Cookware and utensils are bare bones and the place has taken some lumps from renters but overall a great place to stay.

Beautiful Beachfront, Spring Break with Younger Kids

We had an incredible spring break with our kids! The mornings were absolutely magical, as we were lucky enough to watch dolphins play just off the shore while enjoying our coffee on the balcony. It was such a peaceful and unforgettable experience. The sunsets each evening were spectacular, stunning colors painting the sky as we relaxed and soaked it all in. The property location couldn’t have been better. We’ll definitely be back for more of these beautiful oceanfront views!

Perfect in every way.

The layout of this unit is very open, yet still provides individuals their privacy. Bedrooms were a good size with comfortable beds and plenty of closet space if you decide on a long visit. The beach theme decorations are very simple and tasteful with plenty of sitting options. I was happy to see good sturdy balcony furniture unlike most other condos that use the cheap plastic. My sister slept in the closet bunk area and she loved it, said it reminded her of her visit to our aunts place in Norway. The owner was very responsive with any questions or concerns, but we found no issues with unit. We would definitely put this at the top of our list for future stays.

Short trip to PCB

We love going to PCB and satying at Treasure Island. This time i thought i would give it a gp renting from an owner instaed of the condo itself. Booking was a breeze. Condo is perfect. But the communication after booking was not good. I had to call after check in time for our room code. Also messaged several times about patio door not working. No response. not workinNever

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our vacation but do have a few negative things about the stay. Pretty sure our condo wasn’t cleaned before we got there and we arrived late bc of traffic. I have several pictures of kitchen and bathroom and counters with time stamp included the day of arrival. The stove was solid in grease and crumbs, and counters in kitchen. The toilets had fece stains, and hair, and sinks had toothpaste and hair and dirt. Tub also had a ring around it. The glass doors to balcony were even dirty. And dishes put away were dirty 😬 We also didn’t like there was minimal pots or pans to cook with. Or extra towels, blankets, etc. good thing we brought our own. The condo was very spacious and rooms big, and balcony nice and spacious as well, If only it had been clean.

NIGHTMARE

By far the most expensive and worst condo we’ve ever rented. Filthy, floors covered with sand, dust hanging from ceiling fans, a crawfish in the bathtub drain, bath mat soaking wet with what smelled like urine. Supposed to sleep 8, but I think there were only 6 towels. Filter on ac/heating unit wrong size and filthy. Dryer had to be run at least 2 cycles per load in order to dry. Washer not level, had to be propped up on one side. 2 out of the 3 TVs didn’t work. Kitchen very poorly stocked, no pot holder or oven mitt, only a few plates and glasses. Everything had been washed before being lacked into suitcases to leave. Drove straight home, a cockroach fell out when I opened the suitcase. I could keep going, but is it really necessary? The only good thing I can say about it; the water in the master bathroom shower was nice and hot.
