This house is a five minute walk to the beach and shorter to pool and shops.

Your family will love this fully remodeled and beautifully decorated beach house. It is a short 5 minute walk to the beautiful white beach, and an even shorter walk to the pool or Peddlers Pavilion which has shops, restaurants and live music almost every night. It is the perfect location with Rosemary and Alys Beach both in walking distance too. Don’t feel like walking, you can jump on a tram that drops you off at the beach access area also. This house comfortably sleeps 8, all on one level. Two bedrooms have king beds and the third has full size bunk beds. There are 3 full bathrooms. . The screened in, covered back patio gives you a nice place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or store your beach gear after a fun day out. There is a large dining table and bar in the kitchen, so there is plenty of room for everyone to sit down and eat.

Great House

We enjoyed our stay at Sea La Vee. The rooms were very spacious with nice closets. The kitchen had everything you need — better stocked than most. We loved the privacy of the back porch and the proximity to the tram stop, pool, and shops/restaurants. Will stay again!

The property and community was great and in a prime location. The house itself was very comfortable and even bigger than pictured due to the high ceilings. Would definitely come back!

Better than we could have imagined!

This was our first stay at Sea La Vee but it certainly won’t be our last! The property had everything that we needed and felt like our home away from home. The house was an easy walk from the beach, community pool, and local shops & restaurants - we did not need a rental car to get around the area. It was truly a trip I will cherish forever thanks to our host’s hospitality!

Perfect Girls Weekend!

We had the absolute best weekend celebrating our friend’s upcoming nuptials! The house was perfect! There were six adults and we had plenty of room to be comfortable in the bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved the location and accessibility to the village, pool, and beach areas! We all said we hope to book the same house again in the future!

The best stay in Rosemary!

Nice little house in good location in Seacrest beach neighborhood. Very clean and had everything you need like toiletries and lots of paper products. Looks better in person.

Wonderful Escape

This property was the perfect getaway location for our family. With young children and an infant, we wanted to find a single-story house that had enough bedrooms for everyone to sleep comfortably. This was the PERFECT house for us. Comfortable, clean, and picturesque, we felt that the house became a home for us on our spring break getaway. The high ceilings were immediately noticed on check-in and enjoyed throughout the trip. We also found the location to be incredibly enjoyable, as part of a quiet community of vacationers. Convenient beach and pool access made daily swimming/sunning excursions so easy. We could not be happier with our choice, and we will absolutely seek to stay here in the future!

Labor Day Weekend Trip

Myself and my two boys stayed here for a long Labor Day weekend for the beach and a fishing trip. The house was perfect for us! It’s in a great location ideal for walking to the pool, beach and all the restaurants and amenities in Seacrest and Rosemary. My boys brought their bikes and when we weren’t at the beach, pool or fishing they were out exploring the area. The owner was very responsive to any questions and easy to work with. The house is well taken care of and really is beautiful on the inside when you see it in person. If you’re staying in Seacrest I highly recommend booking this property!

Amazing Home

This is the absolute best place for us to stay. The location was within walking distance to the pool and shuttle pickup for the beach was so easy and convenient. Pizza was within 5 minutes walking distance. Many restaurants were In walking distances as well. Location was perfect. The home was the absolute best part of our experience. It was as good as it gets. Honestly it is as perfect as possible. No complaints at all. We would highly recommend this home. The owners are great host. If you are looking a place at Rosemary/Inlet Beach, this is a great place.

Wonderful Trip

I had low expectations of the house because of the unassuming pictures of the VRBO listing. I was immensely impressed with the house, it was clean, well decorated, comfortable and bigger than I expected. The kitchen was very well appointed with all pots/pans and utensils. There were dishwasher pods and dish soap. Plenty of towels for our group and even beach towels. There were a few beach chairs and boogie boards in the back that we used at the beach. The pool is about two blocks away or you can take the tram. Peddlers pavilion is a quick walk too. We will definitely rent this house again if we travel back to 30A.

Amazing Stay

We have been coming to the Seacrest/Rosemary area for over 10 years and this by far is one of the nicest places we have stayed. Upon entry the house smelled so good, you could tell how well cleaned and fresh everything was. It is wonderfully appointed with furnishings, decor and loads of space. The kitchen was fantastic. I like to cook some during vacation and never wanted for anything - from cutlery, cutting boards and nice pots and pans. The location is great. We really used what I guess would be the back door/porch to enter and leave the property when heading to beach, pool or shops. Once you figure that trick out, the walks are even shorter. Seacrest is a fabulous community! The 12,000 sq ft pool is our favorite, if one area gets crowded, just move to a new area in the same pool. It is nice that they have a cafe. It is a little pricey so if you don't want that, pack a cooler with drinks and lunch, you won't miss a beat but the food at the cafe is pretty great if you feel like splurging - the burger is enormous and can definitely be shared between an adult and a kid or two kids. We had a fabulous stay - of and they have so many puzzles, which is a favorite pastime especially if you get hit with a little rainstorm that delays your trip to the beach or pool.

Great property and even better location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mike's property! It was my family that included 2 small kids (1 & 3)favorite things-1. screened in back porch - great for kids to play and not run away 2. location!! - can walk to pavilion, pool, rosemary beach and alys beach (coffee shops, restaurants, bars- you name it and you can walk there) 3. beds super comfy 4. house was very clean5. Mike was great at communicating and allowed for early check in and a place to drop off bags which was amazing! 6. beach shuttle is easy to use and very efficient 7. master bathroom is huge and so nice! 8. loved the bunk bed room for kids 9. house is tastefully decorated and had plenty of kitchen equipment The coffee maker could use an upgrade (just spills and is a little outdated- but still works!). The only other thing I would note is most very kid-friendly restaurants require a car and are not walkable (restaurants in rosemary and alys beach are fantastic but very high end). we had a car so this was no problem for us. I do not recommend Crabby Steves as you have to walk there from the beach and it not kid friendly. They did not have high chairs and almost seemed annoyed we were there :/ Just something to note. Overall, I would 100% rent this place again. Perfect for families or couples and comfortably slept 4 adults and 2 kids. Also- Mike does not charge crazy host fees like some of the others we looked into booking!
