Beachfront Condo, 2 Bedrooms & 2 Baths, (Sleeps 8) Recently Renovated and Upgraded, new tile floors throughout, new queen sleeper sofa and matching recliner, recently painted, new full tile and glass master walk-in shower, both bathrooms with new cabinets, granite countertops and framed mirrors, as well as renovated kitchen with new appliances. New HD flat screen TV's with streaming service in all rooms.

Beach Chairs Set-up included March thru October! Two beach lounge chairs with cushions and a beach umbrella are included with your rental. These are provided at no charge and will be set up for you each day by the beach service on site.

Come and enjoy the world’s most beautiful beaches from our Summerhouse condominium. We have a gorgeous view from our 8th floor condominium! We are located in the "B" building which is the only building with the sunset view. The colorful sunset, white sandy beach and the emerald waters will be a view you will not forget.

Our condominium is tastefully decorated and has all the amenities of home. We have recently renovated the kitchen and both bathrooms. We have constantly upgraded and maintained our condo to assure the perfect beach vacation for you and your family. You can enjoy the ocean waves from your private balcony leading out from the living room and the master bedroom. New mattresses provide the most comfortable night’s sleep. Three new HD flat screen tv's, a new full size washer and dryer and a fully furnished kitchen give you all the comforts of home.

Our balcony overlooks the beach as well as both courtyard pools, one of which is heated in the winter. There is a kiddie pool, hot tub and a gazebo in the meticulously manicured courtyard too. The complex is very family-oriented. We have tennis and racquetball courts, a picnic area with tables and gas grills, a game room with 3 pool tables and arcade games, beach volleyball and shuffleboard. And if that was not enough, you can rent jet skis, parasail or ride the banana boat right out on our beach.

Our condo can sleep 8 guests. There is a king sized bed in the master suite, two full size beds in the guest bedroom and also a queen pull out sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has HD internet ready flat screen TVs and DVD players. And of course we have free Wi-Fi in the room as well as by the pool and lobby areas..

Our condo is spacious and has everything you need to have a wonderful relaxing vacation. Our wish is for you and your family to enjoy it as much as we do. We will assist you in anyway we can to make your vacation pleasantly memorable so you will want to stay with us year after year.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very nice and clean. The king bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The sun drops right in front of the condo for gorgeous sunset views from the balcony! The courtyard area was absolutely beautiful and one of the pools was heated. There is a hot tub that was great this time of year too. Great communication with Ron and the staff were all very friendly. We'll be back!!

Wonderful stay at a gorgeous condo

Condo was very clean, location and view awesome. Check in simple and great communication with owner. We will definitely stay here again. Pool facilities and beach chairs were nice too. No complaints . Many extras. We even were able to get in a couple hours early due to condo being ready.

Fall break at stay in PCB

We loved our stay. Very nice, updated condo, very true to the description & pictures listed. It was very clean, the beds were extra comfortable, the bathrooms & showers very nice, & I loved how well stocked the kitchen was. Would love to stay here every trip to PCB!

For the most part everything was great. the coffee maker leaked. the rugs were old and dirty. the toilet bowl was cracked. the beds were wonderful, clean and comfortable. great place to stay. the price per night was great! we had a wonderful time.

What a great condo! Great pools, hot tub and easy walk to lounge chairs provided on the beach. This is by far the best place we have stayed as a family. Heck in was easy. Bracelets provided to go in and out of gates to beach. Made us feel safe knowing security made rounds in the evening. Will definitely stay again.

Fall getaway

We had a great stay. Condo was spacious and the sleeping arrangements were perfect for us. Our 14yr old and 11 yr old liked having the bigger beds in this unit. They have out grew the bunks that other places have. The views from balcony were good. The pool area was nice and relaxing also

Sunny Beach Bash

I hijacked my brothers work trip, packed his kiddos up in my mini van, tossed my mom in on the way and enjoyed a week full of sunny beach days and night swims in the amazing pools! The condo was perfect, the property was amazing and the city exceeded our expectations! Thank you!

We go down to PCB every year in October during my daughter's fall break from school, usually a 3 or 4 night stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The complex has plenty of parking, the location is great and the check in process was quick and easy. The beds were very comfortable and the description for the condo were accurate. The view from the balcony was amazing, the balcony wasn't huge but it was plenty big enough. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

The location of this condo is awesome. Very comfortable. Love that the bedroom has balcony door. Had full moon over ocean during stay. Very beautiful! Love the large master bedroom and bath. I think the rugs could use replacing but they were okay. The balcony doors are in need of replacement. Overall we had a great stay.

Great property

Great property and great place to stay. The condo is great. The main bed is super comfy, the guest beds are decent but a bit squeaky if you have a light sleeper. If you plan to cook, they have most cooking items, but paring knives to dice vegetables are in shortage or not sharp. Couch and chairs are great to take a nap on as well. Overall - fantastic stay and the property is great. Pools were nice and cool and you can almost always find a spot there, and the beach chairs are an added bonus. This is our 2nd year here and hopefully will not be our last.

Relaxing time on the beach

Great condo with balcony views of the beach. Just steps from the beach and 2 wonderful pools to max relax. It's a drive from Pier Park, more in the quieter area of Panama City Beach. Couple restaurants and activities in the area but if you want excitement you likely have to drive or rent bikes (which is directly across he street) Personally I liked it being quieter and not so busy! The 2 beach lounge chairs with Umbrella (included with your stay) were setup and waiting each day,. Ice cream cart comes by so have some cash on hand as your laying out. Over all just a perfect relaxing beach get away .

Great vacation stay

The condo was great. They’ve made several Improvements to the dining room, living room and balcony chairs, as well as improving decor items throughout the condo. The beds were extremely comfortable, water pressure was great as well. The beach and pools were great, you never had to fight for chairs at the pool, and there seemed to be a lot of chairs available at the beach for rent as well. Ron was super responsive and helped get any problems quickly resolved. We had a couple of small issues, and he quickly resolved those issues. Unfortunately, the elevator did break on our last day there, but that was due to a power surge down the beach I believe, and the front desk was working on that intently. One thing my friend wanted to note is that there was no gym on the premises but they offered a daily pass for $5/day to a gym in the area. She was able to find another gym that was better equipped that offered a $30 weekly rate instead. There was also a small resort fee for the week that I Didn’t plan on but it was only $20-30. Parking on site wasn’t an issue either, there seemed to be plenty of spots available at all times. One further suggestion - bring a paring knife to cut veggies with, they had plenty of everything but that, and the steak knives on hand were not sharp. Also - not pictured but was in hand was a Keurig for the coffee buffs. Overall - 100% recommend for the price and experience.
