* The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project (Sept 2025 - Jan 2026). Balcony restoration is scheduled for Unit 817 from 12/9 - 12/19. Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided.

Had a great time as usual at the Summit. We have stayed in several other resorts but none of them have the amenity's that the Summit does. Room was clean, views were amazing and AC was cold.

Great time on spring break

The condo was great and had plenty of space for my wife, three kids, and me. It had a great view of the ocean from the balcony. Had basically everything we needed right there at the condo. Only had a couple of issues come up (one was my fault) but they were both resolved promptly by the host. Overall a great experience and would definitely come back again.
