* The property is undergoing a balcony restoration project (Sept 2025 - Jan 2026). Balcony restoration is scheduled for Unit 315 from Dec 18-Dec 29. Dates are subject to change based on weather and progress. Balconies will be closed during this time, furniture may be stored inside, and guests should expect noise and dust. No refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided.

This one-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo at The Summit offers direct beachfront access and a practical layout for couples or small families. The private bedroom includes an attached half-bath, while a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is accessible from the hallway. A set of built-in bunks and a sleeper sofa provide additional sleeping space.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, and the private balcony overlooks the beach, offering a simple place to relax and enjoy the view.

Guests have access to two beachfront pools, hot tubs, an on-site snack bar, and a fitness room. The resort is located near restaurants, entertainment, and attractions like ZooWorld and WonderWorks.

A straightforward, comfortable space for travelers who want direct access to the beach and nearby amenities without overcomplication.

IMPORTANT:
