The property is currently undergoing a balcony restoration project (September 2025 – May 2026). Please note that dates are subject to change depending on weather and construction progress. The balcony for this unit has been completed and is fully accessible. However, you may still experience construction noise in other areas of the property during this time. Occasionally, access to the heated pool may vary due to ongoing work. Please note that no refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided due to construction-related noise or temporary amenity limitations.

Located on the 12th floor!  Come enjoy the beautiful Gulf Coast views while relaxing at this beautiful condo! You'll have access to the Summit Beach Resort's pools and hot tub. Feeling the need to exercise? Work out at the resort's fitness center. Traveling with kids? They'll enjoy the many activities only a stone's throw away, including WonderWorks, mini golf, and more! Enjoy the convenience of the on-site beach access, and don't forget to grab a drink from the bar and grill on the pool deck. Utilize the fully equipped kitchen to cook your favorite meals, or grab a bite from one of the many surrounding restaurants. Whether you want to have an adventurous time or spend your days relaxing on the private balcony, this condo is perfect for all of your vacation needs.



IMPORTANT:

Per PCB Ordinance 1632, maximum occupancy is 5 guests, INCLUDING children and infants. Failure to abide by the ordinance may result in a fine and possible ejection. VRC# 45782

Great Place

The condo was beautiful, clean, and in a very convenient location. The property had very nice pools and hot tubs and the indoor hot tub was really nice when it was raining or cold. We will definitely be staying again!
