The Space:

** IMPORTANT NOTICE: Balcony access is not guaranteed due to the ongoing balcony renovation project. Guests who require balcony access must inquire prior to booking. No refunds or compensation will be issued if the balcony is inaccessible during the reservation period or for any noise related to the renovation project.



Amenities Update: The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, as well as the heated East pool. Please note these amenities may occasionally close for short periods for maintenance.

Perched right on Florida's Gulf Coast shores, you'll be just steps from the white sands and blue waves and a short drive to dining and shopping destinations. Since you're right in the heart of Panama City Beach, you'll be within about two miles of iconic attractions, including the Shoppes at Edgewater, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, St Andrew's Park, and more.

After a long day of fun in the sun, kick back on the couch and flip through the cable channels while the central A/C keeps you cool. While enjoying an ice-cold beverage on the patio, use the WiFi to check the forecast before you book a sunset cruise. Snap a few pictures of your stunning views and marine life, and then head back into the condo to get started on dinner.

With the fully equipped kitchen, you can whip up everyone's favorite dishes for dinner. Let the dishwasher do the dishes and relax in this little slice of heaven.

Great place to stay!

Great, quit, and relaxing! Our little family enjoyed being able to just open up our doors and walk straight out to the beach and pools! Great location for little kids having the swings outside and grassy area for them to play and run around!

Perfect vacation spot

We truly enjoyed this condo. It was clean, had everything we needed and in a great location. Being on the first floor was great so we could walk right from the back porch to the pool or beach. I would definitely stay again.

Pictures deceiving great location

Loved the 1st floor with door directly to beach access. Didn't love roaches in kitchen, dead one in coffee maker, filthy rug, shakey bed, and bedroom curtains were see through. I did contact them after one night stay because we wanted to leave, but they couldn't accommodate my request. Never seen maintenance regarding my issues as they said would come. Pictures very deceiving. Needs thurough cleaning and more lighting.

Me and Hubby weekend getaway

Chair on porch broken just so that you know. Fitted sheets for bed are not for a king size bed so they would not stay on. Funquest did not provide more. see below. Workers were extremely loud above us all day - Called in to report in because it was 6:45 pm in the evening and the funquest rep told me, in her words, " not my problem" We know the workers have to work. I totally respect that. I have rented this unit several times and many others. I have never been spoken to in this way by any rep at sunquest. Very disappointed. We left early.

Great week and weather with a beautiful location.

This condo was great! It was clean and comfortable with everything that you need for a great stay. The bottom floor unit makes it the perfect location, close to pool & beach with no waiting on an elevator. We would stay here again!

Spring break

Maybe it was the location or just the time of the year. We could never open our patio doors or sit outside because of all the marijuana smoke. Someone was vomiting above us and security did not care. We had to clean it up ourselves the next day. It was all over our chairs, beach toys and patio because the way the wind was blowing. I wish there was more lighting in the bedroom and bathroom it was really dark. Room could use a deep cleaning too. Like ceilings, vents baseboard little things like that. But the condo was very spacious, great hot water and water pressure and had everything you would need.

Needs TLC

We have been coming to the summit for 7 years Straight. I will say that this is worst than any we have stayed at. The bottom floor is a plus and we usually do not go above the third floor, but it was dirty. The rug in the middle of the floor was discussing, the kitchen cabinets were broken and the couch was also stained. We had to call maintenance to come fix the sliding door, electrical panel and the light on the patio. Overall we love the summit in general and the location is great however they need to clean up the club lavela
