  • Welcome to your bright coastal getaway at the Fontainebleau—an inviting, light-filled studio just steps from the sand. This thoughtfully updated space blends modern comfort with simple, coastal design to create an easy, relaxing place to unwind.

    Inside, you'll find two comfortable beds, soft coastal décor, and an open layout that makes the space feel airy and spacious. Large windows fill the room with natural light and offer real views of the beach and Gulf, giving you that peaceful coastal feel from the moment you wake up.

    The fully equipped kitchenette includes a stove, microwave, full-size fridge, toaster, blender, and coffee maker—perfect for simple meals, snacks, or beach-day prep. A dedicated dining area gives you space to enjoy meals, work remotely, or plan your day’s adventures.

    The bathroom is clean, bright, and functional, with fresh finishes and everything you need to get ready for a day in the sun.

    Guests love the easy beach access, the convenience of being just steps from the sand, and the onsite beachfront pool overlooking the Gulf. You’ll also enjoy fast WiFi, onsite parking, and a location close to restaurants, attractions, and everything Panama City Beach has to offer.

    Whether you're here for a peaceful retreat or a fun beach escape, this studio offers comfort, convenience, and unbeatable proximity to the ocean—all in one simple, welcoming space.

    House Rules & Building Policies:

    Maximum occupancy is 3 guests, per fire safety rules.
    Registered guests only. No visitors, parties, or events.
    Parking is limited to one vehicle per condo and is first-come, first-served in approved lots. A parking pass must be displayed.
    Wristbands are required for pool and amenity access. No glass is allowed in pool or common areas.
    Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the condo and anywhere on Fontainebleau property except the designated smoking area.
    Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM.
    Please rinse sand off outside, keep doors and windows closed while the A/C is running, and do not move furniture.
    HOA or property-rule violations may result in a fee of up to $500.
    A $50 replacement fee applies to lost parking passes, wristbands, towels, or linens.

Here's the revised review with that added detail:---We had a wonderful stay at the "Ocean is Calling" condo at the Fontainebleau Terrace, perfect for our family of three. The condo was exactly as pictured — very clean, charming, and cozy. Being directly on the beach was fantastic — the area was not overpopulated, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Our little one loved exploring the beach, catching crabs, and building sandcastles, which made the trip even more special. The host, Jessica, was not only quick to respond and easy to communicate with, but she was also very sweet. Overall, we loved our time there and will definitely be in touch with Jessica for a return stay!

This property is right on the beach which is really convenient, neighbors are quiet although you can hear everything happening on their street, and the home was clean. Traffic was bad, some days it was nearly impossible to pull out of the parking lot or to get back into it! I had my 5 year old with me and she loved the rental and decorations. Overall I would want to book here again but will bring more household items to avoid going into the traffic!
