The Flipside 30A sleeps 6 and has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms in a spacious 1,300 square foot condo. Relax with your family as you take in the excitement of the Village Town Center and enjoy the views of the Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony. The Flipside 30A is the perfect condo for a family vacation to 30A, a romantic getaway, a couple's trip to Paradise 30A, or a snowbird's retreat to the beach.....

This three-bedroom floor plan boasts one king guest bedroom with a flat screen TV and adjoining bathroom; a queen bedroom with flat screen TV, and closet for extra storage; the third bedroom is a spacious King master with Jacuzzi tub and standalone shower ensuite, flat screen TV, access to the balcony and ocean views. The balcony is the place to be as you enjoy the excitement of The Village Town Center and the views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The location of this condo is wonderful! Close to everything you need. We didn’t rent a car and was able to walk to most places. You can order an uber very quickly also as we went to Seaside for the day. The condo had everything we needed except beach towels so I am happy we brought two of our own.

We had a fantastic time during our stay! The condo was perfect. It was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We loved the balcony over the village so we could hear the music and see the action. Very close walk to the beach and loved being right above many restaurants and great shops. We will definitely return! Paradise Properties was also fantastic to work with. Very responsive! Thank you!

Spacious, comfy unit with ocean view

Excellent unit in the Villages! Ocean view, very spacious, plenty of comfortable furniture. Balcony overlooks the Villages common area with live music each night to enjoy. Ground level has delicious restaurants and cute shops. Short walk or free tram ride to the beach. Everything to enjoy all in one place!

Fantastic location

We have stayed on 30a roughly 20 times, various locations. Now that our kids are grown the criteria has changed a bit, length of walk to the beach for example is less important. This is right by Rosemary, walkable to tons of restaurants and frankly not that tough to get to the beach either but we love to walk. I can't wait to stay again!

This condo was perfect for us since we were at the beach for a wedding in Rosemary. It is close to great restaurants and the middle of Rosemary. It would be great for tennis groups playing at Rosemary too.

Lovely Corner Unit on Top Floor

This property was exactly what we needed. You get a gulf view from the balcony overlooking The Peddler where we enjoyed live music. It was perfect for our long weekend. Amazing!

My daughter and I came for Spring Break! Location was great for us as we didn’t rent a car and could walk everywhere! Unit was amazing with a view of the ocean from the balcony in the morning and the live music at night! Our flight arrived early and they allowed us an early check in which was great! Would definitely recommend!

Girls Getaway in Seacrest

Wonderful condo with the perfect patio view from the 4th floor. Beach was a short walk (or free shuttle ride) from the condo. I love all the restaurants in walking distance. Convenient little grocery store downstairs. We couldn't have had a better getaway.

Perfect location, beautiful condo

While the weather wasn't cooperative, The Flip Side 30A was perfect for a moms and daughters trip. We loved the location where we could easily bike anywhere we wanted to go or walk to the beach access. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable. The view of the ocean and sunsets from the balcony were an added bonus. We loved everything about The Flip Side.

We had a great time!

We had a great time during our stay! Condo was spacious, clean & in the perfect location. We have young children so the wading pool was perfect for them as it was only 2 feet deep! We loved that there was live music every night that we could listen and see from our balcony. Close to restaurants and shops. The tram was easy to access for the beach, except renting an umbrella and chairs as the "bring your own" space was very small and overly crowded. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

Family fun beach trip!

Excellent property, very clean, location was perfect and convenient to everything we love about 30A! We have 4 small children and the Live music in the evenings was fun to experience letting the kids dance in the green space, and we could still get them in bed at a decent hour with no interference inside from the music, but WE could still enjoy it from our balcony! Total parent win. We biked everywhere and loved the easy Tram rides to the beach. We'd definitely come back and stay here again.

The Flipside 30a

The condo was great - a central location, clean and spacious. We usually stay in a house in Rosemary, but were coming with a much smaller group this year and chose this condo due to the location and price. The only negative was the noise and crowds of people right below at the shops and restaurants. Obviously, we knew this when we booked it and it does not detract from the condo itself, but something to consider.

Great condo, great location! The only thing I would change is instructions for finding the condo. You may want to update your directions page because it is no longer above the storefront listed in check-in instructions. It made finding the condo a little difficult. Otherwise, everything was great!!

A week at the beach

Location was really great. Good swimming pools, short walk to the beach and right in the heart of shopping, dining and entertainment. Property was Clean, Well equipped kitchen cool A/C. We found an option for Beach service to be substantially cheaper at the public beach access at Inlet beach just slightly farther to east (All accessed by sidewalk) rather than pay the very high price during our peak time. Also a short walk, bike ride or free parking. Same beach just a few hundred yards to the East. We would definitely stay again as you have many options to chill right in the area you stayed in or go up and down 30 A to see all the different shopping food and entertainment. We also liked that there were church options as well since we were there 2 Sundays.

Fun in the sun

The condo is very nice. The kitchen is well stocked (our family cooks a lot). The only thing missing was a mixer. We enjoyed the nightly music, which ended by 10 so the noise did not keep anyone up. We had a minor issue that was handled to our satisfaction. Our only complaint is the parking. Since the condo is also in the shopping and restaurant area lots of people wanted to park in guest parking since it is not well marked. Sometimes we had to drive around until the shoppers left.

If you like to cook - the kitchen is fully stocked - and if you don't prefer cooking there arr plenty of restaurant options within walking distance. Needed things fixed hot water heater was broken, mold on ceilings in bathroom and bedroom. Fish left in sink drain so it smelt really bad. Maintenance came and fixed it. Just inconvenience was having the water turned off 1 hour before heading out for dinner to celebrate my wife’s birthday. But paradise properties refunded us a night stay for the inconvenience. Other then that it was a perfect place to stay and close to everything

Disappointed

Condo was very nice and in great location. But we were disappointed that we could not use the Seacrest Community Lagoon pool. The Villages pool was small and very crowded most days. We were shocked when we went to the beach and how all the people were jammed together in one area. Tons of rental beach service chairs set up taking prime beach real estate with no one using them. The beach was gorgeous just too crowded. Additionally things that we accustomed to rental providing like shampoo and enough toilet paper were not available. 30 A pretty area but we won't be coming back anytime soon.

Great Location!

Loved that it was close to the beach and food. The washer/dryer and Keurig were a huge bonus! The condo was beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything we needed. It would add to the fun if a few restaurants stayed open a little later. The ceiling fan in the living room didn't work or the batteries in the remote were dead. The left room ceiling fan didn't work and the vents didn't provide much cool air to the room. The floors weren't properly mopped. We cleaned all the door knobs and light switches with Clorox wipes as soon as we opened the door and the light switches were surprisingly dirty. Those are things that can easily be taken care of and doesn't take away from the great time we had staying in The Flipside 30A. The bike rentals, pizza, Starbucks, ice cream, and gift shops were right below the condo. We would recommend The Flipside 30A!
