The neighborhood has a free beach tram that picks you up at the front door and takes you straight to the ocean during warmer months. And just steps from the front door is one of the largest lagoon pools in Florida, perfect for relaxing and swimming all day long.

This gorgeous property features oversized rooms throughout, beds for 16, huge indoor outdoor living and kitchen areas with one of the largest kitchen islands you'll ever see, a kids bunk retreat room with Pac-Man arcade and ping pong. Easy driveway and street parking for up to 8 vehicles.

Hot tub located off the back porch overlooking scenic forest area. The walking trails in the backyard lead to Alys and Rosemary Beach.
