This is our beach home and we treat it as such—not like a rental. We're constantly updating. We just ask that you treat it with care and respect, so we can all continue to enjoy it for a long time to come. We wanted to make this a place where your whole group can relax together and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit, but be connected to home and work if needed. It is simply the best unit in the building!

Location! Location! Location! Our spacious unit is on the west end of the east tower—right on a white sand beach, great pools, and a short walk to dining, shopping, and entertainment! You'll have unobstructed gulf views from the massive wraparound balcony. The balcony is newly furnished with four tall chairs and accompanying tables that allow you to see over the railing to best enjoy the gulf and its sunsets. There are also two Adirondack chairs for lounging in the sun. Watch the dolphins and manta rays in the morning and the sun slipping into the ocean at night.

The condo has an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The gourmet kitchen is fully-equipped and made for entertaining. You'll find all of the tools, cookware, glasses, dishes, flatware, and small appliances you'd expect in your own home. The Whirlpool 6.4 cubic ft electric range with true convection, new large steam microwave, and endless counter space make cooking a breeze. The quietest dishwasher even makes cleanup a painless experience. There's also a stainless steel Whirlpool refrigerator with bottom drawer freezer and water filtration with water and ice dispenser on the door and a garbage disposal in the new sink.

The dining table has a removable leaf and seating for six, or you can use the five stools at the granite island. The large family room has a wall-mounted flat screen smart TV and an extensive sports + music package. Login to your Netflix or Hulu account, or watch YouTube videos, etc. We've also provided some of our favorite family board games in the family room.

The bedrooms have luxurious king beds, top quality linens (laundred and inspected between each stay, and replaced as needed), two side tables with USB chargers, plenty of storage for your luggage (including a walk-in closet in the beach-facing bedroom, or "beach bedroom"), and wall-mounted flatscreen smart TVs with high definition cable (family package and HBO). Both bedrooms also have new fans and light fixtures.

Each bedroom also has its own bathroom—plenty of space for everyone to get ready for a day or night out! The bathroom adjacent to the beach bedroom has a large tiled walk-in shower with a deluxe showerhead, and the second bathroom has a full sized tub with shower. Both bathrooms have hair dryers. We get lots of compliments on the plushness of our towels, quality of our sheets, and extras from long-time Calypso visitors and new visitors alike.

CHECK-IN/OUT

Secure keyless entry = no keys to worry about. Set your own 6 digit code for the week once you arrive. Skip all the check-in/out steps because we give you a secure code by email before you arrive. You go directly to the owners' parking garage and up to our unit at your assigned time. Also included is an extra-large RESERVED PARKING SPACE in the private owner's garage directly under the building plus a second additional normal size space.

MISCELLANEOUS AMENITIES

Wifi promised at +300MB/sec, dual routers to handle all of the family's devices. Three telephones including speakerphone w/free calls to USA & Canada. Be sure to call everyone and tell them how beautiful it is and how much fun you are having! Bamboo black-out window treatments in the family room and beach bedroom. There is a Maytag large capacity washer/dryer plus iron and ironing board. Your stay includes 4 seats / 2 padded double beach chairs and umbrella from March 1st to October 31st. Resort has contracted with Orkin to do pest control every two weeks.

Note: Beach towels are not provided so plan to pack or buy when you get here.

CLEANING

We have found a cleaning team that's amazing! They use supplies and linens dedicated to our unit. The linens are brand new, to include freshly washed duvet covers between each stay. The linens are closely examined after each wash and replaced as necessary.

CALYPSO RESORT

CALYPSO RESORT & TOWERS currently sits on 512 feet of sugar-white beach on the Gulf of Mexico. It has two swimming pools with steps that lead right to Panama City Beach's world-famous white sand that stretches along the Gulf of Mexico for 27 miles. TripAdvisor recently listed Panama City Beach as one of the top five beaches on their list of the "Top 25 Beaches in the U.S."

Pier Park (.2 mi): Margaritaville, Starbucks, Five Guys, Osaka Japanese Hibachi Steakhouse and Sushi Bar, Back Porch Seafood and Oyster House, Grand IMAX Pier Park 16, Dave & Buster's, Tootsie's Orchid Lounge (live music), Pirate's Quest Laser Tag Russell-Fields Pier (.2 mi): The longest Pier on the Gulf of Mexico—spectators can walk the pier for a daily fee of $3.00. Daily fishing licenses can be purchased for $6.00. Open all year. Fish caught in season: cobia, king mackerel, Spanish mackerel, red fish, blues, blue liners, pompano, flounder, hardtails, and others. Rod rentals, bait, and tackle available on site, or book one of many deep-sea fishing trips in PCB. Panama City Beach (.2 mi): The only location in Panama City Beach to have designated open water trained lifeguards. The lifeguards stationed at the City Pier are on duty from April 1 to September 30 (10AM-6PM), patrolling 1300 feet of the white sandy beach. There are 11 regulation volleyball courts available too. Aaron Bessant Park (.6 mi): 70-acres with three walking trails (North, South, and Amphitheater trail), a veteran's memorial, and an open grassy area that is perfect for watching a concert performance, picnics, and family fun. Frank Brown Park (2 mi): Nine full-size baseball/softball diamonds designed for tournament level play, a t-ball field, six lighted soccer fields, a lighted basketball court, volleyball courts, four lighted tennis courts, youth fishing pond, walking/biking trails, a 1.25 mile jogging track, and a state-of-the-art playground. Golf: Five championship golf courses (including the only Nicklaus Design course in Northwest Florida). With 320 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature of 74 degrees, it's no wonder that Golf Digest magazine named Panama City Beach one of America's top three golf towns. Note regarding alcohol on PCB: Alcohol is absolutely permitted on the beach for 11 months of the year. However, due to irresponsible behavior by some, alcoholic beverages are not allowed on the beaches at PCB in the month of March. Put your drink in a cup with a lid and you should be fine. Sitting up on the pool deck, you are fine.
