Freshly updated beachfront condo with stunning views. Sleeps 4. Onsite Pool.

This unit is our most recent acquistion. It is very nice. The unit has really nice wood plank tile throughout with the exception of the bedroom, which has new carpet. The bedroom furniture is all brand new and the Mattress is also brand new. The Living Room has a brand new 55" 4k Tv.

You will love the convenience of Sunswept 103. The condo is located right on the beach. The view from the deck is amazing. Parking is right outside the front door so you won't have to deal with long walks from a parking garage or waiting for an elevator. Beach access is on the side of the building near the front door. There is also a nice community pool in the complex.

The condo has a King size bed in the bedroom, a kitchen with the essentials, and the living room includes a hide-a-bed couch that can sleep 2 additional guests. There are televisions in the Living room and bedroom with basic cable. The unit includes a washer and dryer. The deck has seating to enjoy the view of the gulf and incredible sunsets. Wireless internet is also included so feel free to stream your favorite shows and movies.

We have loved this complex since our first stay. We really like the quiet atmosphere of the east end of the beach. You will be close to St. Andrews state park, the marinas, and Shell Island. Should you decide to venture to the west end of the beach, Pier Park is only 20 minutes away via Back Beach Rd.

We pride ourselves on offering a clean, well-maintained condo at an affordable price. We think you will love it just as much as we do.

We have Direct TV stream and Xfinity apps on the TV for you to use. The Xfinity App has the 4 local stations for the area... ABC, CBS, FOX, and NBC. The Direct TV app has 130 channels to choose from. You are free to install your own apps to stream, but Please don't uninstall or logout our account on XFinity or Direct TV.

The location of this condo and the beach front view are fantastic! The interior of the condo looks even better than in the pictures! The host/owner is wonderful, as we have stayed at a couple of his condos in SunSwept. The only bad part of our trip/stay was having to leave.

Wonderful property

This is the side of Panama we love. So close to Shell Island and away from the more crowded areas. The condo is nicely renovated and clean and the closest to the beach you can get. So nice to not deal with elevators and high rise condos. The owner is very attentive.

We loved this unit so much! The view was great to wake up to every morning. I love the fact we were away from the bulk of the traffic, but close enough to engage when we were ready. The beach access made me feel like it was our own private little beach. Overall, great unit and great host!

Sunswept Navy visit

Was visiting for our sons Naval UMO dive graduation and this place was perfect for the two of us. Location, size and comfort was a great deal for the cost compared to other units in the area. Easy access to the beach and nice balcony to enjoy coffee in the morning.

We've stayed in several different units at this complex over the years but this one was the best. Recently remodeled with a new mattress so we enjoyed this stay the most. We received arrival/ departure info via VRBO and everything was clear cut and easy. Will definitely stay again

I really loved the property. Nice one bedroom condo that was well equipped for all of my needs. Plenty of room for two, would comfort accommodate 4. Great ocean front condo with a great view. Would go back tomorrow if I could.

After first couple of days so was out and everything was great husband got a little frustrated because he couldn’t figure out TV. Said more instructionnneeded instead trial and error.
