Beautiful Rosemary beach.

Great location, 5 minute walk to the beach. The first night when I took a shower the drain was clogged, so I had to unclog it. The shower grout had some mold on different spots. The guardrail on the second floor landing to the right of the entry door is so loose that I thought I was going to fall over when I leaned on it. The place does need some upkeep. I was on vacation so I wasn’t going to go through the trouble of calling anyone and wait for them to show up to unclog the shower. Regarding the failing guardrail, I just avoided it and told my wife not to lean on it as well. The local service exceeded our expectations.
