The home is situated within Laguna Haven, a private gated community tucked behind an established residential neighborhood on the north side of Highway 98. You’ll enjoy a peaceful setting while still being just a short drive from the beach, restaurants, shopping, and local attractions.
Please note that while the beach is nearby, this location is not golf-cart friendly for beach access, as Highway 98 must be crossed. We recommend driving to one of the nearby public beach access points and taking advantage of the beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, and towels provided for your stay.
