NOTICE | Currently there is construction on exterior of Sunbird Beach Resort which could cause minor disruptions. Main pool is open but the heated pool will be closed the rest the of the year. The pool on the East side by this condo is open.

Sunbird Beach Resort is located in the heart of Panama City Beach right next door to the World-Famous Pineapple Willy's Restaurant. This adorable one-bedroom condo sleeps 4 comfortably. Enjoy amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico coastline and watch the sunrise over St. Andrew's State Park. There are 3 pools (one heated), a tennis court, and fitness center at this resort.

This adorable condo is completely updated with a modern kitchen, which is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals while you are here. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while listening to the ocean waves. The bedroom features a king size bed and there is plenty of storage. The living room has ample seating with a queen sleeper sofa and a smart TV with cable. The bathroom is spacious and has a completely updated tile shower with access from the living room as well as the bedroom. The laundry room is located on the first floor by the elevators.

Relax by the pool or enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches just steps from the resort. There are several restaurants in walking distance as well as Wal-Mart across the street for grocery pickup or delivery.

FREE BEACH CHAIRS: Upon arrival, go down to the beach after you get settled in your condo and reserve your set of beach chairs with umbrella for the duration of your stay. (Seasonal: Mar 1-Oct 31)

We are located in the middle of the beach on S Thomas DR which makes us about 8 miles to Pier Park on the west side and less than 5 miles to St. Andrew's state park on the east side. At Pier Park you can enjoy great restaurants, lots of shopping and fishing on the pier. St. Andrew's state park is a beautiful state park where you can camp, fish, take a shuttle to Shell Island, hike or just take a walk and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Condo 802E is located on the 8th floor at Sunbird Beach Resort. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25. $50 Registration fee on-site. This property requires a $500 Security Deposit. It will be collected separately by the property 1 day prior to check in.*

We always find our stay at Sunbird to be excellent. They work hard to keep everything clean. Our condo was smaller than others we have stayed in, but we made it work, and we loved where it was. We spend a lot of time on the balcony, and loved seeing the sunrise, as well as sunsets. We had a wonderful time.

Birthday vacation

Had an amazing time, the place was extremely clean and very pleasantly upon entry. There was no eye sores, or anything that seemed off. The view of the beach was nothing but fanatastic. Enjoyed the birthday trip with my girlfriend, went to good places to eat around the area, and thoroughly enjoyed the beach. This condo was above and beyond my expectations to the beautiful decor to the breathe taking views from the balcony.
