It’s OK

We love to stay at Sunbird when we want a reasonable beachfront place. This unit however hasn’t been updated since it was built in the 80’s except for the flooring and appliances. It was clean and accommodating so I can’t complain.

Mother/Daughter Trip

The West Tower is under construction which was not an issue for us and thus the reduced rate. We were in the East Tower and we hope it is scheduled for renovation as well. The condo is in need of updating and I would have appreciated even more of a rate reduction due to such.

Over all the room was clean. The only complaint we really had was the neighbors were smoking and we could smell it through the vents in our room. We did air it out and the smell dissipated. Also the futon mattress needed to be replaced or have some kind of topper to cover it. Other than that you really can’t beat the value and the views this place offers. I’ll most likely stay there again.
